location, friendly staff
overall it was pleasant and comfortable. The only bad thing is the wifi internet was not working as per the login access instruction. We mentioned this to front desk however they did not provide feedback on what they were doing to fix the problem.

Slow and relaxing lifestyle.
Location was good, big room size and kitchen with full utensils.
Car park space are limited, parking outside of the building could get fine ticket even just for a quick 5 mins parked. Front desk staff was not friendly, and room service was slow in respond. No children friendly place, not even a children pool.

big room, centrally located in town, value for money.

Need new management to overhaul hotel operation.
cant think of any but bread taste good
Toilet falling apart, late breakfast, the room condition is not what as seen on internet (deceiving), horrified elevator experience (not sure door will open sometime), gluey and rusty gym equipment, sauna and steam rooms are broken, smelly hallway. Overall, need lots of improvement.

large, clean and comfortable
very good stay. family members were very happy because the rooms accomodate with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was so big and the service of the wifi system is good
