Ariva On Shan - Excellent 5/5”
Fantastic service right from the start from Melinda, Ryan and Zul. Communication was prompt and reliable. Everyone is so helpful and efficient. It is obvious that they take pride in their service and go out of their way to make your stay a great one. The security guard, James, is friendly and very helpful too. I felt extremely safe as a solo female guest. The single bedroom apt was cosy, clean and comfortable. Almost everything that one needs is provided - including an induction pot and pan, utensils, cutlery, crockery, rice/porridge cooker, toaster, washing machine, laundry rack, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, a good-sized fridge, TV with free to air and cable channels, and free wifi. The location is fantastic. There are many well known nearby eateries, including the Balestier Food Centre where reasonable authentic local food can be found. A well stocked supermarket - NTUC Finest - is in the Zhongshan Mall which is just a 5 minute walk away. There are 2 pharmacies in the Mall too. The Zhongshan Park is next to the mall. On the other side of the hill (about a 10 to 15 minute stroll) , lies the Novena hub where 4 major malls, hospitals and medical centres abound. The Novena MRT station is there as well. And if you want to experience some local culture - you can visit the nearby Chinese temple on Balestier Rd, and the magnificent Sun Yat Sen Memorial Villa which holds historical and cultural significance. I enjoyed a fascinating free 1 hour guided tour there. The only thing that may pose an issue for a some guests is that the somewhat hilly terrain where Shan Rd lies. So if you have mobility/accessibility considerations then it might be best to book a cab or rideshare service directly from the Reception staff. Other than that, Ariva On Shan is the best place I have stayed at in a long time. Thank you, Ariva!

Ariva on Shan was excellent . The staff were very friendly and helpful. They responded efficiently to a couple of requests that I made .A 10minute walk from the Novena MRT station so quite convenient .Certainly a recommendation

Stay at Shan”
Value for money for the size of the place and with washer/dryer. It is located a short walk from Balestier/Zhongshan mall and a 10min walk from Novena MRT. If you mind the longer walk from the MRT,there are buses from dhoby ghaut/bugis that stop at Zhongshan mall or opposite, and the apartment is a is a 5min walk up the small road. You can also do the laundry and hang them out at the balcony with the clothes rack provided.

A very convenient base for Singapore”
This is a new residence. The staff was very helpful and the residence catered for our needs. There is a shopping mall nearby and a good public transport network to any other places.

From Day 1 to my last day of stay starting from Security, Concierge and Housekeeping; all the employees have superb customer service. The apartment are being clean on a weekly basis. It feels like home. Recommended.

どのスタッフさんも親切でした。 チェックイン前に荷物を預けに行ったところ、午前中にも関わらずお部屋に入れてくださいました。 レセプションフロアにプールがありますが、お部屋のタオルを使用するとレセプションにお声掛ければタオル交換してくれます。 また、チェックアウト後に荷物を受け取りに行くと、フライト時間を聞いてくださりシャワーは大丈夫か？と聞いてくださって、シャワーの使えるお部屋を探してくれました。 なんと！タオルとシャンプー、ボディソープまで準備いただけました。 本当に助かりました。 タクシーでは一回の説明では場所が伝わらないですが、次回も泊まりたいコンドミニアムです！ とても気持ち良い滞在でした。

깨끗하고 친절하신데 보증금문제때문에 골치많네요 체크아웃언제한다고 정확히 알려드렸는데 다른 직원분께는 전달이 안되어있어서 체크아웃하는데 너무 힘들었어요 보증금도 카드로하면 오래걸린다고 바로받으려고 현금으로 하려그랬는데 계속 카드 요구하셔서 카드로 했는데 직원이 아침7시에 출근한대서 전화로 요구했더니 2일은 더걸린다그러고 지금 더 지났는데 아직도 안들어왔어요 전화할때는 메일바로 보내면서 언제주냐고 메일보내도 답장없네요 보증금문제 더 확실하게 얘기하고 소통하면 좋겠어요 저는 분명 체크인할때 체크아웃시간 정확히 말했고 체크아웃할때도 언제받는다고 정확히 들었는데 너무 느리네요..

Good stay for long term”
Hotel cocok untuk kalian yang menemani seseorang yang berobat di mount e novena / tan tock seng hospital. Jalan 1-2 blok sudah sampai, fasilitas apartment juga sangat baik, ada mesin cuci, ada kompor, rice cooker, toaster, microwave, kulkas besar 2 pintu, dan juga ada balkon besar untuk jemur baju / merokok. Toilet bagus ada bidet nya, ac dingin , kamar nyaman. Ke mrt / bus stop juga dekat. Cocok banget kalau lagi nemenin keluarga yg dirawat di rs ya. Kolam renang juga bagus bersih, pokonya ok.
