Situated on Sukhumvit road about 2 km from the city centre, Airze Hotel Sriracha offers accommodation with access to a large U-shaped outdoor pool and a landscape garden in the courtyard surrounding the lobby. Free shuttles to the city centre are available daily. All rooms are fitted with a kitchen, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a working desk. Additional amenities include a fridge, seating area and an electric kettle. Its private bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and complimentary toiletries. Selected rooms come with views of the mountain or sea. The on-site restaurant serves a buffet breakfast and stays open throughout the day offering a wide variety of Thai, American and Japanese cuisine. Steak dishes are also available. In the wellness area, guests will find a heated pool area, both sauna/steam rooms and a fitness centre. Speaking Thai, English and Japanese at the reception, staff can attend any of the guests' needs during their stay. Room Preparation ”

I've booked this room nearly the midnight and it's understandable about the my experiences that I have. The room that i had is not completely prepared yet, at the first step into the room, I've saw that the laundry are not placed in where it's belong but it just stand in the middle if the room and they are smelly that i can know it through my medical mask. The bath room didn't have any things that it's should be, even a single potion of shampoo, towel or the blanket on the bed. So I have to call the reception to take every things to my room in the middle of the night. From above, I can assumed that the room are not ready for urgent services. For the staff services is nearly perfect, and the breakfast is great.

Very good”

Book in advanced but got higher price than last minute booking. This is so terrible. Plus, sea view cheaper than leading room type when I was booking. But at least they upgraded when I complained. Parking area not connected to the hotel so when heavy rain can’t walk to the hotel.

-We check in around 6pm but we must wait the room for 30 mins. Not complimentary anything we must ask for that - We book suit room. The room has everything exceptional kettle. - We ask for plate and spoon but this day no one seevice fore me Everything is ok. but lack of staffs and not service enough.

After Covid, Hotel isn't the same”

As of 2023, Hotel are not as good as before restaurant onsite are no longer available, breakfast switch to smaller area and fewer menu. Room are not well kept. Bathroom got some weird strain on. ETC. Staff were short, one reception. That's all I can see. The reception however are friendly and nice. This seems to be only good things left.
