Korean hospitality at its best! You know what that means when you call the front desk at 4am and ask them to find you kimchi and they do! A big thank you to the Manager, Park Min Ju, and the staff, Kang In Ho, Park Bae Sung who made my experience memorable.; boys you are amazing! The fact that the dorms are in the top floor and you can walk out to the rooftop terrace overlooking the best beach in Busan, Heaundae, is unbelievable to say the least. The courtesy and overall hospitality accounts for me extending my stay another 3 nights. I would highly recommend Ark Blue Hotel. In fact, I couldn´t stop inviting people over to check it out and make them jealous!hahaha!

Very nice and cozy hotel, the crews are friendly and very helpful, we enjoyed our stay at Ark Blue very much! Best of all, the rooftop terrace for our small group gathering and the free coffee at lobby! Will definitely come back to Ark Blue if we happens to come Haeundae again!

Great accommodation for those on a budget”
I stayed at Ark Blue during the Busan Film Festival, and I'm very glad I did. The capsule style beds are very comfortable and private, and the price and location are great.

Overall, Ark Blue Hotel is really nice. Walking distance from the nearest train station and a few meters away from the beach. The price is very affordable and the room is clean. One thing I don't like is that their air conditioning system is not working properly. It was too hot like sauna. It that was working fine, I would give perfect 5 stars

Great for long-term visit”
The receptionists were very nice when I checked in and out (The nicest Korean I met in Busan). All the equipment in hotel are new and clean. You can use the wash machine and the dryer for free! For location, it is near to Haeundae Beach, but 10 mins-walk to Haeundae subway. Suitable for long-term visitors or familiar with Haeundae area.

the location is neae Haeundae beach, which is a popular beach in Busan. It is far from Busan station and Gimhae airport, but if you want to chill and have a beach vibe, this is a perfect location. The staff are so friendly as well. I highly recommend this.

A really nice, clean and quite new hotel to locate right near Haeundae Beach in Busan love the location lot of restaurants, 7-11, minimart and bars around just 3 minutes walk. 5 mins to get to subway to go around town - lovely city will be back soon

Me and my partner stayed one night at Haeundae beach and we loved this little hostel! 5 minutes to the beach and the subway and we were able to check in early to our private room which was clean, spacious with a large tub and shower. We had a view of the sea from our window and were pleased to find out a good breakfast was included. Not many places we have stayed in Korea offered a free breakfast so it was a lovely touch. We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

This place is very near Haeundae beach and yummy eating places. Transportation is easy but do note this area is very far from airport and center of Busan. It would take almost an hour to go to Seomyeon.

The hotel was very very clean and the location was right next to the beach. Everything was perfect. Bed was a bit hard but we loved it. Would like to rebook again if we go to Busan again!!!! Staff was kind as well.

Very Fancy Hostel Rooms”
You get your own personal pods with curtains, locker, and an overhead closet. The beds are really nice, you don't get disturbed by other people coming in or turning on lights like in a regular mixed dorm. It is a hotel with normal rooms, but they offer mixed dorms as well, which are the fanciest I've ever been to at a very similar price to regular mixed dorms. It is quite small, but you get 100% privacy (in my opinion), and the bathroom is amazing and spacious, and the reception is 24hr and the staff are helpful and there's a rooftop area for drinks.

Nice and clean guesthouse with nice staff who speaks good english. It is a hotel guesthouse surrounded by other hotels, (love) motels, and massage parlors. You often see a lot couples at night for obvious reasons... so it is a little uncomfortable. Location is pretty far from the subway station (10-15mins walk). No interaction with other guests in your room because people just go straight into their capsule like bed (myself included). But I like the privacy. Capsule itself was decent and includes single bed, outlet, cupboard for your things. Didnt like how they told me to leave my used towel in my capsule. I stayed there for 3 nights so I had 3 used towels inside my capsule. They should have a basket for used towels. Laundry was free on the top floor. Says there is BBQ but didnt see any when I went up there except for koreans drinking there. Wrong day, maybe? Good for capsule experience, but wouldnt stay again because of location.

This place is situated near Haeundae Beach and walking from Haeundae subway station takes about only 10mins. The room is clean and spacious. Toiletries are provided. Very comfortable stay here.

this hotel is essentially right on the beach. the location is literary meters away from the grand hotel, which is quite a bit more expensive. the rooms were clean and modern and the facilities were great. am looking forward to staying here again.

This hostel is very good. Scuff can speak English. They are polite, kind and helpful. The room was clean and warm. Location is near be the beach (it takes 5-7mins on feet). Around the hotel you can find a lot of bars, cafes and stores. Metro is close to this place as well. Recommend!

Close to the beach but not best location to the town center where there is the walking street, but the hotel is closer to Dongbaekseom Island which is about 10 minutes by walking. New, clean, large and well working facilities. Just abit of noise by neighboring construction work during our stay but not too bad. Free juice and coffees at the lobby which is very good.
