ihad booked this hotel some five months ago.
upon arrival i presented at the desk told th male receptionist my name, in very clear english he then repeated back to me , i did not now what to do . i then went on to about the room did it have a window. silence , i then said can we upgrade again hesitation i then said well we can afford that no problem. again hesitation on the part of the receptionist eventually it was mentioned that he had a room with a view this was agreed upon. time approx 4pm.
the upgrage . i was then given a key so i proceeded to the room only to find it in a filty condition food all over the room. i then proceeded back down to the reception terrible. i waited waited ( this was ok to waite as i understand things happen like this) may i add the whole time the reception ares was full of people during this whole situation.
i eventually went to the room only to find the key given to me was the wrong key. i then in turn proceeded back to reception where i was given another key.
late we went to the bistro for dinner this room was full of people having sunday evening dinner , i asked the person at the bistro which end does one start at foof was being served all over the place, my husband came up behind me he said he would have the beef i was then caught up my order which became difficult i waited my husband went away, i stood waiting to be served ,it was at that time a lady came fromthe opposite direction and was served.
some time later i got served.
i went back to the table and spoke to my husband about this matter.
a person came up to us and then abused us screaming out at us in the dining room.
those same persons went and told others. i do no recommend this hotel poor service
i must ask did we pre pay this hotel? i need to speak to a represenative from agoda.
