Location, Location, Location!!! ”
Overall superb experience fot our few nights stay at Armani Milano. From the second we set foot at the hotel until we checked out, the service was simply flawless. I have been staying in many 5 Diamond Star hotels globally, in the past 20 years and I must admit that Armani Hotel Milano must be in the Top-3 Hotels in my all time favorite list. Bravo!!

Armani is at the heart of Milano, right above the metro. Shopping is all around, tourist attraction all in walking distance. The design is one of a kind. You can feel Armani surrounding you. Room is modern, clean, super comfortable. Free minibar is a plus. There is also a very beautiful smoking lounge with no smell of tar. The only down side is the pillow. For me, they're either too thick or too soft. Tried the Bamboo Bar one night. Best cocktail ever. Not cheap though.

This hotel made my trip. From the momentum you approach the hotel front you are taken by smiling dedicated and accurate service. All sections of the staff are very professional and helpful. They are the most prompt and qualified group I came across in 40 years hotel experience. The exceptional beauty and design of the property and room technology made the stay especially interesting. The restuatant has superb food variety and excellent service. The reception and checkout process is very neat and respectful. The only drwaback is that I cannot find the lovely Armani hotels worldwide.

If you are going on a shopping spree in Milan you can't do much better than the Armani hotel. although i must say some of the furnitures may need to be replaced (for instance a rug in my room was kind of dirty and it would have been nicer if they could just get that replaced) but you can't beat the service they offer. One thing i really like is their free mini bar....i know people would probably say everything should have been covered by their high room rate except that most hotel that comes with such rate don't offer you the free mini bar. The peace of mind for having to open a bottle of soda or juice in the middle of the night beats having to buy beverages back to hotel room and its a service that i appreciated the most here. I must also stress that all their staff are nice and will go out of the way to help if it is needed.

Being located in the most elegant neighborhood in Milan was, also, par for the course for the Armani name. But the standout feature of our experience was the gracious friendliness of the entire staff. Every encounter with every member of the hotel and restaurant staff was a pleasure.

We were glad the weather was so bad”
We were only in town for a weekend to attend the Dolce&Gabbana women's runway show and after party. We were quite disappointed to hear the weather forecast foe the three days we were in Milan was extremely bad. Well. It is a tribute to the Armani Hotel that we ended up being rather glad we couldn't go out much, as we would otherwise have felt guilty about vegging out inside the whole time. The only onside downside was that some of the guests were really snooty, but I suppose that comes with the territory. We will definitely be back come rain or shine.

Armani Hotel Stay”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Armani Hotel in Milan. We were there for 3 days after a cruise for 20 days. It felt just like coming home. Everything was perfectly clean, breakfast was great, but the staff are what make this hotel the place to stay while in Milan.

I had the worst experience with my children in Armani hotel Milano. They lied to me(Mario from reservation). Mario was so rude and unprofessional and not helpful at all. The duty manager I spoke to me in the morning while we where checking and tried to express my issues I had in the hotel but as he was exactly like the other staff I met in that hotel. You should fire them or send back to colleges to learn hospitality. If you are paying €1,400 a night then I would recommend you to book in a real 5 star hotel then you should book at the four seasons. I have a lot negative things to say about the staff In The hotel. There was an Egyptian porter that treated us as if we work for him and you have to teach him that a smile doesn’t cost money, I would like an advice to all the staff starting from the manager going down to the porter. Clients don’t come back to the hotel because how nice your rooms are but how the hospitality (your staff) I would rate u1/100 not 1/10. Change your staff!!

Less is More”
I found the hotel excellent, zen-like and comforting after a long trip. However, basic logistics such as hot and cold, on and off, open and close are substituted by over-complex plumbing, ipad room control and an obsession with modern technology that is annoying. For instance, bathroom lights are controlled in another room by scrolling through the ipad menu just to find a basic function such as on and off. Taking a shower is a painful process of solving an impossible riddle as to how to find the temperature function amongst four squares while cold water gushes from above. As architect and interior designer I applaud technology and keypads, but why not in every room? What if the ipad next to the bed becomes mal-functioning? In the end, no matter how advanced or savvy technology progresses, basic “on and off” “hot snd cold” is all we need. A minimalist hotel, yet over-kill and complex when it comes to basics.

I only ever stay in 4* and 5* hotels, so I have a little experience in such facilities. The hotel arranged to collect me from the airport in a beautiful car. 'Checking in' was very easy. The room was spotlessly clean, but totally controlled by iPads. This has some good features, but in the pitch black, in the middle of the night, turning on a sidelight in the bedroom becomes a challenge. I stayed in a suite where the bathroom was large, with a deep bath and a beautiful walk in shower that takes two adults with ease. The bed is wonderful, large and very comfortable. Sadly, the pillows are from a 99-cents store....they are flat, look nice but serve no purpose. The lounge is comfortable with UK films and News services available on the TV, a reasonable minibar, and tea and coffee making facilities. There are two restaurants, one which also provides breakfast. I had one evening meal in the hotel, which was poor. Breakfast was good.

A well choice of stay”
We never stayed in mandarin oriental Milan so we keep it out of selection. This property is only behind four Seasons Hotel and far better than bvlgari hotel( which offer best sweet tea in lobby ). Room is very clean but still too many dusts in air. Maybe carpet need wash instead vacuum due frequently use. Bar are full of complimentary drink and it helps. Shower is large and plenty water to give massage. Toiletries are high quality. Spa has large relaxing jet bed. Not as strong in ski resort but make you stay soaked longer to relax. Very roomy and equipped gym. The staff is a bit short of hands. They are polite and keep distances. Be warned for ladies with skirts. The lobby floor is reflective like a lake with clear still water.
Always a nice place to stay.”

As said location was great just on the spot of shopping area and tourist point. all in walking distance. there were some not great reviews about the staffs attitude but i experienced great service and support. the bamboo bar and restaurant had nice foods as well. As about the room if u r sensitive with noise u should ask the front desk for the room opposite side of the main road. the tram runs till 1am from 5am. the mini bar is free . And finally SHOWER!!!the bath room is huge and also installed with floor heating so always so warm aftre bath or shower. the water pressure is OMG class with rain shower!!!

Beautiful hotel, super all round, great staff, very attentive and also super “real””
I never felt intimidated although I was punching above my weight, staff made my visit here very special. I couldn’t find the bottle opener when I wanted a juice from the complementary mini bar. One phone call and in minutes had staff come and showed me. Not a powerful example of good service , but just to point out that the simplest request was beautifully handled. I also received a lovely complimentary birthday cake from the hotel. And that was a nice touch. This hotel was amazing, it made my birthday a real treat. And unforgettable. Thanks to the manager and to all his team.

The hotel is very central to the high end shopping area and a short walk to the duomo. The rooms are well appointed but are starting to show wear and tear. Staff are friendly and professional. The value for money is questionable as you can find newer accommodation nearby for less.
