Rooms are old and run down
Location
Room generally are old and over due for renovation. Bed mattress is sunk in and not good for sleeping. Bed sheets/mattress may not be hygiene as body itches when lie down on. No tooth brush, face towel & slippers provided. Electric socket in bathroom faulty and not working. Inform front desk twice but nothing done!!! No feedback given as to why it is not repaired. No bedside electric socket so inconvenient to charge phones in the night. Electric socket below window is in a very wrong position. When curtains are drawn the sockets cannot be used. There are NO litter bins provided anywhere in the hotel. Not in the main lobby and not at the lift lobbies on each floor. Staff generally very poor in English language.

clean room, friendly staff, great location
Everything was okay, except for the breakfast, after our 3rd night, we felt that there should've been more variation in regards to menu and taste, considering that this hotel is not that new anymore compared to other hotels in the same vicinity. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. No complaints whatsoever.
