Nice hotel with excellent services”

We stayed for a day in this hotel as our trip to go to papuma and watu ulo beach. Nice location in the higher place, far from the crowded and noisy city of jember. Good for travelers who look for the quite and peaceful accomodation. The staff services were also outstanding. We came as the backpackers from Bali and had no transport to go to those beach, but thank God the staffs were so kind and friendly, they let us to use their operational motorcycle for free. Highly recommended hotel..Thankyou Arowana Hotel.

comfy and far from crowd. ”

actually me and my friends stayed at arowana hotel just for a while.. we rest here and make ourself up after had a trip trip to papuma beach. It about an hour (by car) from papuma beach to the hotel. At the end, if you wanna go to the Jember and searching for comfy and cheap hotel, Arowana Hotel is one of them. :D

A new budget hotel”

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel during a recent business trip to Jember. A very new hotel with clean rooms and comfortable bed. Location is a bit far from the city center with very limited dining options around. As such, I would only recommend this hotel for those with cars. However, I found out that hotel staff is very friendly and attentive, especially the hotel manager. Well, at this price, I have nothing to complain. A good value for money.

The hotel is clean, and for the price, good value. The staff were helpful, in spite of the language barrier. The location is fine, outside of a Jember but not an issue if you have a scooter or car. We were in Jember around Idul Fitri and couldn't get a taxi so the owner and his friend very kindly brought us to the train station which was nice.

new clean rooms, big bed with soft pillows. not really "vip" but more than you would expect for the incredible price of $16USD!!! Hot water is a bit iffy, didnt really get hot at night, but in the morning was great. i'd recommend this to a friend and stay here again. the location is about 2km from city centre with not much public transport, although its not a far walk. If you dont want your breakfast at 6am, tell them to bring it later.

The hotel itself. I like the it because it's a new hotel. And since it's a new hotel, everything looks clean and in order. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We got a free car wash in the morning -- I really love this service. Thumbs up! The rooms are clean, we got towels but they're like a worst, cheapest towel you can get. Bathrooms are nice and clean, water feels so fresh (no wonder, since the hotel itself located on the plateau).
