Good location ”
Very nice hotel located at the best location
Prague in the Winter”
What a great old hotel that has modern facilities. Even though it has been modenised it has not lost any of its old charm. It is close walking distance to the old town and also to new parts of Prague as well. If you enjoy exploring the town and seeing the sights this hotel would suit you fine. Staff are fantastic and are always on hand to help you out. If you dont want to eat in the hotels great resturants then there are plenty of fine places to eat at within a short distance of the hotel. Looking forward to our next trip there
My partner and I were very happy to stay here and definitely would recommend and will come back. The staff were great. They treated us so well and gave us a lovely gift as well as a room upgrade as It was a special occasion for us. They made us feel great and special. The place looks beautiful, very clean and stylish. Breakfast was perfect with again great service and large selection of tasty food. Location is also very good and all was worth the money. We cant wait for our next visit.
The staff were efficient. Everyone was attentive to my needs. The hotel is very quaint. For those who loves art and elegance at the same time might appreciate this hotel. I went there during winter time so decorations for the holidays is impressive. Very festive. The selection of buffet food is wide. I think it's more than enough for you to choose whichever you want. The hotel is near everything. You can explore the city by foot. There are shopping malls nearby. Restaurants are also available. Starbucks, mcdonalds, subway are few meters away. It is a quiet hotel located centrally. Air conditioning is not a problem. TV is available but only 2 English channels. Wifi is a little slow inside the rooms.
nice hotel with great restaurant ”
Helpful information and willing to help from friendly staff. Free wired internet at hotel lobby. Fine decoration. Like floor heater in the bathroom. Good place for dinner at Hotel restaurant on the ground floor.
Wonderful long weekend venue”
Beautifully appointed hotel just 5 minutes from the city centre; but far enough away to be a quieter location. The hotel is everything is says it is in all the reviews. Lovers of Art Deco will marvel at its bedrooms;reception & stunning restaurant/cafe. The hotel is a perfect compliment to the beautiful city of Prague's architecture, a marriage of both style and comfort. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff and good location”
Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, room is clean with nice soft beds, location is good, max 15 min walking distance to the centre. Spa was a bit disappointing, but overall well worth it, highly recommend this hotel.
Standard room facilities and services ”
Location: near metro ,centre of city, supermarket, team Staff: standard service, some look cold, not passion, laughing each other, some are friendly Room: standard room facilities, need to remind to replace or add in, different bath shower brands provided in different grade, I think it is better standardize in use in all grade rooms that may be add in hotel booking price Restaurant: standard food in variety and taste Generally, I stay there for 5 nights, only standard hotel facilities and services, worth to price only, not much or less, compared with other 5 stars hotels, I will stay another one next time.
The hotel was amazing! I felt like I had stepped back in time but with all the luxuries of the modern world. The Imperial cafe was a work of art and the food and staff were excellent. This hotel was the perfect location to spend out time in Prague. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
Stunning hotel in ideallocation ”
great hotel, welcoming staff, good breakfast, ideal location. just one complaint, the man at reception didn't mention that storing our car in the hotel car park costs 750CZ crowns per night. I feel that is too much and doesnt represent the value found in the rest of the hotel.
Beautiful Hotel and Great Location”
My Husband and I stayed for 5 nights there and we asked for an extra bed for our guest. Our luxury room was spacious and the decor was quite lovely. Two sparkling clean, large bathrooms with nice bathtub. The location was perfect only 5 Minute walk form PALLADIUM for who is interested for shopping and 15 minutes to the old town and another 15 minutes to the Charles Bridge. Lovely breakfast with many interesting options. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful city of Prague, this was a very ideal hotel and I would recommend it.
Decor was amazing, top quatlity room.”
Very enjoyable stay in a unique hotel. The staff were very professional and helpful. Close to transport, and major attritions. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Also an Australian flag outside our window.
knock out city!”
Go Go Go. We loved it! For a romantic break, the city of prague was just stunning. Never short of somewhere to explore and it felt completely safe and easy to get around. Even down to buying a tram ticket! will definitely be revisiting, and staying at the art deco with it's fantastic decor and ambience. Highly recommend the Cosy authentic 13th century tavern type restaurants close by. It is worth going on a Saturday and having a relaxing Monday to mooch around the fantastic parks and old castle. Hardly any tourists.
An interesting place to stay”
Enjoyed our stay in this interesting, Art Deco styled hotel. The buffet breakfast was high quality and extensive. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was within walking distance to tourist areas. Better options for dinner outside the hotel - our meal was rushed and average quality.
Great location and service”
we had a smooth check-in in the quaint lobby. the room's decor was nice although a bit dark, with mostly dark brown wood, and dark carpet that was mostly brown with orangeish hues if i recall correctly. the lighting in the toilet was adequate, but again because of the dark colors it all seemed a bit dark. the buffet breakfast in the adjacent restaurant had a really good selection of food and the high ceilings and ambiance was great. overall, i enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone for something a bit different.
A great hotel”
I dont agree that the hotel is 5 star, as too many things are lacking. However, I'd stay here again for sure. I wouldn't pay for breakfast though, as although it was very nice, it was not very hot. I would prefer to eat out at some of the amazing restaurants close by. I have stayed in many hotels, and I think I should say that the room was the cleanest I have ever seen, and the chamber maids do an amazing job - their attention to details is the best ever.
Wonderful service; excellent hotel”
Our stay at the Art Deco Imperial Hotel was wonderful. The staff could not have been better. The concierge assisted us hugely, the drivers were brillaint, the bar staff superior. We really appreciated the large room size and all the extra amenities. We were very pleased with our stay.
Excellent hotel with excellent dining”
i have never thought highly about in house restaurants, but this hotel's restaurant is definitely 5-star standard. not only does it serve an excellent breakfast spread but the food is also fantastic for other meal times. in fact, it's so popular that you have to pre-book your table before your meal. the room is also spacious and richly, tastefully furnished - art deco style. it's nearly negative 6 degrees outside in prague everyday that i've been there, and a cozy, comfortable place to stay in is extremely important. and this hotel truly gives the already magical trip in prague a luxurious flair.
Wonderful Service ”
Thankyou so much for looking after my parents so well upon their anniversary they were absolutely delighted with their surprise stay at your hotel and the staff particularly Marta Hochmanová (on front desk) was absolutely wonderful and caring in looking after them and making their trip so special. I also appreciate Marta (on the front desk) taking time in helping us answer all our questions before arrival. I am so happy that we booked this beautiful Art Deco hotel for them - they have made my parents anniversary and fathers birthday very special and we shall certainly be booking this hotel again in the future and recommending it to all our friends. Best Location, Best Service and Best Hotel.
Cosy Hotel with good location”
Stayed for 5 nights and most impressed with nice classical deco, good food (the breakfast was great), friendly staff and good location. The deluxe room is a bit small but functional and clean and though breakfast was good the food variety stayed almost the same during my 6-day stay so if more variety could be introduced it would be great. Overall a good hotel.
