This place is fine. Clean room, very basic amenities. As for location, easy access to the train station but a bit of a ride to major Paris attractions. Pantin however is quite charming. Nice canal walk with restaurants and shoppes. I’d come back to the area but would look for a better place to stay.

Smoke and broken beds ”
On arrival at the Art Hotel Paris EST, we were greeted with a heavily infused smoky room although we requested, and were told all rooms were non-smoking. This is a medical issue for me as I have acute sinusitis and cannot be in a room where everything in it smells of smoke. We brought this to the attention of the reception who angrily brought me to another room, which was even more inundated with a smell smoke so we had to return for the one night to room 700. Once inside the room, we noticed the bed was broken and had a con-caved hole on the right side of the bed. I had to sleep in this whole overnight. This was also brought to the attention of the reception who ignored it and said we had a choice of either this bed and smoky room or the other room that was not even a possibility as it was infested with smoke and I would not have been able to make it one night there. Along with this challenge, there was constant noise from other people residing and partying in the hallways until 2am. Ironically, we were told to sign a release that there would not be loud noise yet all night long people rummaged through the halls, chatting and hanging out. This brings another issue into play - the safety of the hotel. We had work-related materials with us. We could not in good conscious leave our belongings in this hotel and expect any type of security. The elevator and floors were open to all – all night long. There was not an extra lock nor a safe to put such things away. It was not safe. Do not stay here.

This is not fully a "hotel". There are poor people living in many of the rooms. A lot of cooking going on in these rooms, smells in the hallways and noise coming very easily through the walls even from several rooms away. A real nightmare place.

I stayed 7 nights, and during my stay, no cleaning at all, no towel change, no tolliet paper supply. No lights at room. Dirty and bugs are appearing. Just do not go the hotel.

Le rapport qualité prix est très bonet ie personnel est très serviable et gentil. Notre chambre a été préalablement climatisée et prête à notre arrivé.

L'hotel est desservie par le tram ce qui est pratique pour retourner dans Paris. Le personnel s'est montré très gentil et le studio était spatiaux et propre. Je reviendrais avec joie.

Près de la gare du nord, personnel qui se démène pour vous. Bien équipé, il ne me manquait rien. Le petit déjeuner est un peu juste. Juste du café et on peut recevoir du cacao mais pas de lait.

j'ai trouvé cet hotel très propre avec une excellente literie, le personnel à l'écoute. Très grande chambre, super bien équipée et le tout à 300m du métro Hoche. Que demander de plus à ce prix là ?

Peu mieux faire! En améliorant quelques détails comme les spots encastrés sortis du plafond, les ampoules grillées remplacées, les mauvaises odeurs de cuisine neutralisées, les draps douteux changées, les vitres nettoyées, le plateau de bienvenue réapprovisionné... Le client habitué qui a subi désagréments dès son arrivée et a du réclamer devrait être dédommagée car j'ai été déçue en rapport des autres fois et de ce qui était specifié sur la réservation

Très satisfait de mon séjour de deux nuit a cet hôtel, très grande chambre, très bien équipée, propreté parfaite, et à deux pas du métro . Idéal pour visiter Paris. Parc de la Villette à 6 on à pied. Je reviendrai là sans aucun doute

Bien pour une seule nuit, homme d’accueil sympa mais qui ne comprend pas totalement là langue française. Je félicite la diversité salariale qu’accorde cet hôtel. En revanche, homme de ménage qui entre sans frapper, et a accès à tous moments aux chambres, pas rassurant.

Catastrophe de l hôtellerie !”
Les lieux sont sales et délabrés Ma chambre n a pas été nettoyée, le sol est poussiéreux, le frigo est sale, les wc sont sales et cassés, les couvertures sont sales, les meubles sont poussiéreux. Très vétuste et délabré. Très bruyant et mal fréquenté ! Une horreur, fuyez !
