I really enjoyed the hot springs, spa and water park. Love the huge bathtub on my bathroom, however, there wasn't a shower. Would definitely stay again.

Love the hot springs at this hotel ”
Although the hotel is a bit dated, it is still pretty nice and well maintained. And the bed was VERY comfortable... just feel like to get moneys worth you need to get there at check in 3 pm. Then you can really enjoy the hot springs. I think they have the largest hot spring facility in the area. We love the different hot spring pools and the huge slide. It is worth going to enjoy their hot springs for sure.

Clear, tidy & comfortable Hotel ”
clear, tidy, comfortable, relax hotel room. Good design of hotel room & public SPA pools. Hi-speed Wi-Fi facilitates travel needs. Dehumidifier machine in room suits the need of long raining weeks (all the wet socks & shoes can be dried by dehumidifier machine in room). Hotel near railway station to facilitate travel to other places of Yilan. If the livehotel price lower a bit, our family will use Art Spa Hotel as travel base to live & travel to other parts of Yilan. Many of our friends' families have this idea.

The hot spring pools have me at first sight. ”
The hot spring pools are the most amazing I have ever been to (over those in Hokkaido). I simply love the stay with my room having its own hot spring bath. The hot springs really wash away the tiredness of my parents from the travel. There are both outdoor and indoor hot springs that come with all sorts of water jet that cater to the needs of every part of your body, hot pools with different scent ranging from rose to sakura, Korean hot stone bed, 2 sauna rooms and 2 steam bath rooms. Nearly forget to mention the slides which I really love. The location is good as it is right in the middle of Jiaoxi town in Yilan. The staff were also nice and attentive, my father had a minor accident in the hot pool as a sharp edge of the Jacuzzi bed cut the skin behind his right ear, but the hotel staff were quite to provide first aid, apologize and offer to bring him to hospital if necessary. That said, the breakfast despite the wide varieties, is also average in taste and the toiletries are average as well.

Beautiful spa hotel”
Welcome by a energetic and friendly young gentlemen at the reception. Very helpful in explaining not only the hotel facilities but also the surrounding area. The hotel had a wide variety of spas, both indoor and outdoor. The spa pools has different type of waterjets to give a great aqua massage, You just need to select which pools you decide to relax in. It was windy and rainy during our stay due to the typhoon. It didn't disturb us as we can still enjoy the indoor pools. The spas is so wonderful, My spouse and I spend most our time in the pools. Definitely a good place to relax and relieve stress. There is not much in the restaurant, but not to worry. Just across the road are 2 seafood restaurants. I tried both. They prepared good food. The hotel is in the town area. Plenty of eateries to try on. I especially love the braised goose, and of course the sinful goose liver. If you prefer barbecue good, it is just round the corner. For local delicacies, you will be spoilt for choices, with many stores to choose from, all within walking distance. If you are leaving by train, there is a short cut to he train station. Just ask those cheerful staff there.

Previously stayed here before so this time round brought my mum , siblings and baby niece along. Love their spa facilities that why I came back again. They do provide baby tub if you going to bring your baby along. Will come back yilan and I will still chose this hotel.

Convenient location and friendly staff”
We had an enjoyable 2 night stay at the Art Spa Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.They helped us resolve the problem we were having with the internet connection. The family room was spacious but the use of curtains to shield the toilet and bathroom caused some inconvenience. The water park was good fun. However,as we stayed over the weekends, the park was rather crowded.

Nice and relax resort”
Room is a bit old fashioned 80'/90's style. but with bath tub. Very good facilities hot and cold spa with children spa and 5 storeys water slide as well. Need to wear proper swim suite include swimming cap for the spa. Spa time 7.30am to 10pm. Breakfast not too bad quite a variety of choice. Parking available at the hotel. Lot of eateries nearby. 柯氏葱油饼 just 5 minutes drive away. Will be back again.

Spa world was great”
Kids love the spa world, which was free for hotel guests. Room was average size, dated but come with basic amenities. The staff were friendly and request for change in towels where promptly attend to. However, toilet and bath area was not very clean. Breakfast were mostly Taiwanese food.

Great location near to train station & eatery.”
This is the first time I am bringing my elderly parents to Taiwan and i was hoping to have everything within short walking distance so that they won't be tired. Art Spa was great because the location is very near to the train station (2mins walk if you cut through "snow mountain hotel"). There are numerous eateries near the hotel which made finding food for them easy! However the hotel breakfast really closed at 10am sharp! You see customers rushing to pack their food when they came to the breakfast area at 9:55am & it was an ugly sight....

Good and Convenient Location”
The hotel is well located near the train station, which is a good thing. All the shops are within walking distance. Don't have too high expectations of the in-house breakfast though, the selection is quite limited, but enough to fill stomachs. Good for families that want to enjoy spas. They have different temperature spas to meet the needs of all age groups.

Very good location and helpful front desk staff”
5 mins walk from jiaoxi train station and 10 mins walk to bus station. Many food options nearby. Hot spring facilities are good. My kids enjoyed the pool with slides and the inroom bath tub. Huge variety of breakfast items but a pity mostly Taiwanese food, will be good if there’s an egg station. Front desk staff were very helpful in giving us travelling directions and even printed schedules and wrote notes for us. Very grateful for that.
