Love the 3bedroom so much. Really comfortable! At night, theres lighting place at lvl R. Cool. Just to remind, in the weekend stay. Theres lot ppl using the lift. But im okay with it ! 😁 will stay again ! 👍🏻 Hope the facilities can provide some tissue or ‘kain buruk’ for us to clean.

However, one of the toilet is not functioning well and smell badly. I complaint to the reception but nothing much done and we decided to use only one toilet in the master bedroom

Poor service of checkin management. I need waiting almost 2hours at front of counter before get a room key. Besides there have hidden things that money deposit, rm200 will get back after 3days working. That is not stated on the advertisement.

Very poor service, waited so long to check-in . Very late respond. At nite too many cockroaches this is so disgusting. Supposed get back refund in 3 days after check out but untill 2nd July no refund and no reply for WhatsApp . Overall I will give 0 rate .

I booked for 3 nights , everyday have to send messages to staff that air conditioning is not good very hot , have staff to fix and then hot again every day wake up with sweat ！I asked for change the room they don’t accepted that !! So upset to stay here !! Bad feeling Bad sleep Bad service !!

I had a great stay at this property. The location was very convenient as it was close to many attractions. The staff were exceptional and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The facilities were decent, although there could have been more options available. The cleanliness of the property was satisfactory. Overall, it was a good value for money and I would recommend it to others.

Penginapan bilik sangat bagus. Tapi kemudahan sangat teruk. Dari nak akses masuk, parking, swimming pool dgn staf dkt kaunter. Swimming pool hanya yg outdoor je boleh tu pun budak kecil je yg boleh. Lazy river tutup. Ramai yg datang sbb nak ke lazy river. Akses parking yg menyusahkan semua orang . Kesian yg ada anak kecil ibu hamil n org tua. Ke hulur ke hilir nak cari lif.

-checkin mengambil Masa yang lama, tiada pentunjuk yg bagus (reception) sampai kena bertegang urat mengambil Masa hampir 1 jam lebih kerena kena deal sendiri dgn empunya rumah.situ ja dah ambil Masa sampai 4.30 ptg baru masuk apartment. -swimming pool buka jam 10pagi hingga 10 malam sahaja - Riverside poll kena tempah Dan deposit rm20 seorang (sejam sahaja) Dan hanya 40 org satu masa..kalau ada check-in jam 4_5 ptg confirm dah penuh pada setiap seisi kerana seisi keesokkan hanya pada 10 pagi Dan jam 11 kena checkout. - Design Dan bilik kami amat puji, bersih dan selesa cuma perlu perbaiki internet connection Dan aircond. - private lift yang mengelirukan dan tiada petunjuk yang nyata .. -Tidak sesuai untuk bawa orang tua Dan keluarga yang sudah berumur until tujuan berehat Dan bercuti. - Disebabkan viral ramai datang dan terkena ..cuma nasihat booking dua ke tiga Hari sebelum pergi harga amat murah berbanding sebulan sebelum pergi.beza sehingga rm200++
