Awesome 2 bedroom villa ”
Ya is the owner / manager who lives on this amazing property. Ya is always there being more than happy to help with all your holiday needs. We stayed in 6 different properties (3 Airbnbs and 3 resorts) in our 26 day holiday trip in Thailand. This was the only place that had 2 bedrooms which was great for us as it was my wife and I and our 23 year old daughter. I would consider Arthaya a 5 star from top to bottom, comfort, style, pool, service, cleanliness ...etc. As for the location I’d have to give it a 3/4 star as it’s a 25 minute walk to Secret Beach and a 7 Eleven but both together you’d have to double your time. Not much at all to walk and explore around Arthaya. Koh Lanta is definitely a must for renting a scooter / car to explore all there amazing beaches, stores, restaurants ...etc.

private, comfortable & clean villas”
Had a great stay at Arthaya villas. The owner speaks perfect English & is very helpful (rented a scooter from her & booked an airport shuttle to Krabi). The villas are very comfortable and have a separate bedroom (with a big comfortable bed & airconditioning) & living room (with sofa, t.v. with English & French channel, kitchen & fan) & very stylish bathroom. The villas are set near a busy road but you don't hear this inside the villas. Beautiful garden with swimming pool and shade-huts. Breakfast is a little tedious: every day the same choice of fried/scrambled egg & cup of butter & jam and 2 slices of toast, tea/coffee, water and (package) OJ. Beach and shops about 10 mins. walking but we had a scooter so we didn't have to. Had a lovely stay of 3 days. Would definitely come back here & stay longer.

Magical place”
Arthaya villas was truly amazing. Surrounded by nature it was one of the best and most beautiful boutique hotels we stayed at. The villas were only a short walk to the beautiful secret beach and lots of nice little restaurants around. There were different varieties of breakfast to choose from and each one was really yummy, we really loved their hot and iced coffee selections. Probably the best on the island! The staff were fantastic and really helpful, we can’t wait to come back again!

Pros: Villas were completed to a really high standard with lots of home comforts. Western style decor Good aircon facilities Clean pool with sunbed that were always available Friendly staff who were always polite Good breakfast- the homemade bread they used was particularly good Lovely tropical setting Really really good value for money- we stayed in another venue for a few days before moving to Arthaya Villas and the previous venue was more expensive but not as good value for money The villa was exceptionally clean Pros: need to walk to get to the beach

Nice and quiet”
We stayed 9 days in April in Arthaya. The owner and the staff are very friendly. She asked every day if everything is all right with the facilities and the villa. The location is a bit away from any bars or restaurants.So you need to rent a motorbike if you wanna be mobile. but you can rent one for 200bht/d without passport or cash deposit directly at the reception. The villas are a bit away from the road, so they are nicely quiet and we had every night a very good sleep. The villas are spacious with fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The pool is nice and well maintained. Only drawbacks are that there is no air condioninning unit in the living room (only in the bedrooms) and there is no shadow in the pool. We will probably come back

Exceptional”
The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed 5 nights and the villa was comfortable, well equipped, very clean, quiet and had a great outlook over the pool. The pool and gardens are excellent and I highly recommend Ko Lanta and Arthaya Villas.

Lovely stay in Koh Lanta”
We just spent one night at the Arthaya Villas, but we loved it! The owner and staff are so nice and you feel looked after and cared for! breakfast has three nice options, you can rent scooters, there are restaurants and laundry shops just around the corner... Ya even helped us to book our trip to the next island and everything went smoothly! We just wished we hadn't left so early... clean and well maintained, only the bed could have been cleaner. keep up the good work, people really appreciate it!! All the best!

Amazing new boutique resort with pool ”
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at Arthaya and were treated like royalty by the kind staff and owner. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the pool is crystal clear with a beautiful garden. I would recommend Arthaya to anyone. Only 10 min walk to the beach!

Comfortable and friendly place. ”
The Villas were ideal for my 5 night stay in Lo Lanta. Staff greeted me with a smile upon arrival and continued to be helpful throughout my whole stay. Great apartelle type set up with comfortable Queen bed, living room, kitchen and covered patio. All appliances worked; I went to local market and bought food to cook in the kitchen, but cooking supplies are limited so I bought a large pot locally too for my needs. Garden like setting, with pool and coffee house on premises, as well as availability of motor bike for rental. Some restaurants and stores are within walking distance, but you'll need transportation to see the whole island. Villas are set back off the road, so road noise is minimal. Typical island sounds at night lulled me to sleep, frogs and crickets.

New hotel, Excellent everything! ”
So the hotel might not be on the beach. It really doesn't matter! You can rent a scooter and drive to different beaches and around town. In fact it's the best way to travel in koh Lanta. The hotel is excellent it's even has it's own kitchen so if you like to cook it can be really fun! The staff are out of this world and the owner helped us with everything we asked her to; from booking a trip back to the airport, a scooter or a boat to a snorkeling Island.

Excellent”
The villas are new, clean, and spacious. We stayed in down season when prices are lower, the value is there regardless. We used the pool area to cool down after a day in the sun, a good way to recharge for the night. Location is central to pretty much everything on this side of the island. Staff are great, friendly, and attentive. We booked our scooter, excursions, and ride back to Krabi from the hotel manager and everything worked out as planned.

Great hotel”
The hotel is amazing. The staff is really helpful and nice. You can rent a bike for 200 Baht per day which is cheap. VIllas are comfortable, pool as well. I really much recommend it, great value for money. Only downsides : the reception is on a busy road that can be a bit Noisy (but the villas are quiet as you don't hear the road). And the laundry service looked really expensive compared to what you can find.

Perfect Hotel for small price. From the beginning we felt like special guests. The staff did a real good job. The Villa was clean and nice furnished. The owner helped us with everything and gave a lot of good tips. Garden and pool were also clean . We felt like home :)

Another holiday in Koh Lanta”
Myself and my wife have visited the island numerous time and we wanted to try something different. The bungalow was new with a separate bedroom and a good A/C. There is a kitchen too, a sofa and a small terrace. The downside was the amount of insects we had to deal with, inside and outside. Mosquitoes, flies and many more. I have never been bitten so much than on this trip! My wife even developed some allergy. The swimming pool was pretty good with a few deck chairs. We took the option for breakfast every morning and that was a bad idea. The food was good but the portions minuscular. Also, we were charged for every single extra cup of coffee we had in the morning (I need a minimum of 2 cups to wake up and I had to pay for it!). We rented a motorbike from Arthaya when we arrived the first day in the afternoon. We realised when we left that the charge was per day and not per 24hrs. We brought the bike back early afternoon the last day and we ended up paying for an extra day. The place is great but we felt the owner was money-minded and we think you cannot put a price on hospitality.

Perfect Bungalows !”
Clean, Nice bungalows! Pool is fantastic, we stayed there for 7days. There is secret beach 15min walking, beach is really nice ! Pool is lovely and fantastic and bungalows are clean and new. 10/10 points. I would recommend to rent a scooter as Lanta is stretched island.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Villas! The staff were all so friendly throughout the stay! The room was more than adequate. We definitely suggest renting scooters or getting a taxi because it is long walk under the hot and humid sun to and from the beaches!

Wonderful villas and friendly staff”
The individual villas are new, modern in design, and spacious. The location offers tranquility and privacy. The staff are friendly and courteous. Ya, the owner, is a wonderful woman who is accommodating and helpful. She can speak English. She can help arrange any tours you'd like, as well as renting a motorbike to ride around the island. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our 5-day stay”
We rented a motorbike and spent most of the time driving around the island. It felt like coming back home as there are only 6 villas and the owner is extremely nice. The only minus is that the reception building is located along a busy road and it is pretty noisy during the daytime.
