Great
Everything was great. Good location at a quiet street near the Hoakin lake. Clean room with everything you'll need including toothbrush kit, which has been changed every day, shaving kit. Very friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed 1 night in another hotel at the same street and it was too much worse.

It was nice
We upgraded to the suite for a bit of relaxation. Sapa seems rather haunted.

Long weekend in Hanoi
Good location for the old quarter. A nice quiet street, so a nice break from the busy streets of Hanoi. Staff friendly and helpful.

review
when i arrived they said they were changing carpet so the hotel staff asked me to move to the 'neighbor hotel', claimed to be belong to the same owner. i soon realized the other hotel the room was very not at the standard i was looking for. it was totally different hotel, rated 2 starts by agoda. they ended up gave me the room that i booked, but it was inconvenient.

Great location & friendly staff
The hotel is in a great location in a nice & quiet lane only a street away from the lake in the old quarter. We were collected from the airport by a driver from the hotel which was very convenient. We received an upgrade when we arrived & had a small balcony with a but of a lake view. Sophia on reception was very friendly & provided excellent service. The restaurant attached to the hotel also had good food & drinks at reasonable prices.
