Good place on a quiet place in Trat. Very nice to get away from everything.

Sehr nett eingerichtete Bleibe”
the rooms are small, but very nicely furnished, all walls are painted differently, nice pictures on the wall and it' clean:) People working there seem a little confused and do not speak well. Markete to eat, 7 eleven etc. is easy to reach on foot.

Bedbugs caused huge problems”
We had a bungalow with a mezzanine for the bedroom. It was extremely hot at night -- the aircon cooled the ground floor but not the bedroom -- and the entrance door did not close properly so all manner of bugs could come in. Next morning our three-year old's legs and arms were covered with more than 60 insect bites -- small at first, like pinpricks, but getting larger and itchier as the day progressed. Next morning we had to take her to a hospital for an anti-histamine injection and subsequent course of treatment. In fairness, I suspect that the one-storey bungalows, where the aircon appeared to be better installed, may have been OK -- though that's a guess: they could have been bedbug infested too -- but our experience was painful and disastrous. I would not recommend anyone to stay there until the insect problem is resolved -- which means providing mosquito nets which fit properly (ours didn't), getting rid of the bedbugs and providing insect coils and making the doors insect proof.

Fun, quirky place.”
A pretty corner of tatty Trat. Rooms are comfortable, bed linen needs to be cotton though and loose pebbles round the toilet don't work. Liked the paper and pencil/crayons left out. Breakfast was good and I ate Thai here in the evening. Don't miss the river walkway, accessible from the back garden. Some of the art installations are tatty and need renewing. I enjoyed it.

One night in Trat”
Charming place, welcoming staff, good location
Although this guesthouse offers a basic comfort (mattress a bit hard for instance), everything is arranged in a colourful and creative way which makes the place a very original and friendly one. A very good place to stay for one or two nights before heading to another destination.
