Great hotel”
This hotel is excellent value for money and is one of the nicest I saw in Sanur (I looked at many). It's modern and cool, the staff are exceptional and the location is unbeatable (1 minute walk to beach, but without beachfront prices). The breakfast is excellent, and the restaurant food does not disappoint at any meal. The ONLY issue I had was my room was above the open air restaurant, which had excellent live music one night, and good music another night....and so was quite noisy until about 10:30pm. For normal tourist, this would probably be a highlight, but as a business traveler, it meant getting to sleep a bit later than I would have liked. Also, I never asked to be moved to a quitter room as I was already settled in a few days. I would still stay at this hotel on my return trips (and no other hotel) but just ask for a quieter room. Excellent, all around.

Stay yang menyenangkan bersama keluarga. Pro- afforadble price, perfect location, excellent breakfast. Cont- early in the morning an alarm sound is ringing that wake all of my family, call the front desk to find it out. Water dripping from toilet and needs to fix During breakfast, due to crowded, the staff forgot to deliver my tea till i need to ask them again. Overal - reccomended and will come back again

I always stay at Artotel when I visit Sanur. Plenty of great cafes and beachfront cafes close by. The rooms are clean and tidy and have an excellent desk to work from. Ask for a room on the 'garden' side of the hotel to avoid street noise. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

This is a first class hotel situated in an ideal position to visit Sanur and within walking distance to the beach. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help with any requests. The management were also very attentive and interested to hear that our families needs had been met, we will most definitely be revisiting this hotel again. The pool on the roof along with the seating area was fantastic with a good breeze during the hottest part of the day. Thank you.

It is very modern and nice hotel. Breakfast is delicious.The room is very well designed,ground floor room balcony is facing to the wall with no view at all,but it did not bother us at all. The hotel is a bit far away from the harbor, so you have to hire a taxi to get there.The swimming pool with happy hours cocktail is amazing.TV has very good choice of channels.

It’s not often that I feel this strongly about a hotel, but the ARTOTEL really nailed it on all fronts. I highly, highly recommend staying there and visiting their beach club just up the road as well. Be sure to book a 2 hour spa treatments: 1 hour full body massage and 1 hour facial followed by smashed avocado sand which and healthy fresh juice. Au$30!!!!!!!!

Pro: Staff was polite and friendly. We arrived late at night but staff were welcoming. Served us all 4 with welcome drink. Room was spacious. It has a coffee machine. Toilet was spacious with bathtub included. Cleaned too. Love the bed and it has more than 1 pillow. Love that. Cons: I booked with extra bed but I don’t see the extra bed unless the sofa is conside one bed.

I have stayed at ARTotel many times, great hotel with a modern finish, good rooms, nice rooftop pool and nice finish throughout the hotel. Located well in Sanur, short walk to the beach and plenty of dining options nearby. The staff are excellent. Look forward to my next stay.

Its only within 5 mins walk to the beach. Close to several attractions in Sanur. The room is thematic, clean, spacious. They also have an infinity pool at the rooftop. Gonna back to this hotel if i have another time to spend in Ssnur

Even if on Agoda we have booked a double bad room we got a twin room! We have complained and in the next day we got a new room with balcony a better view. The breakfast if very good, the staff is very friendly and location is on the main street. We have tried also the Balinese massage with 50% discount until 12 PM.

A good Hotel”
I'm sure the rooms are a good size for 2 people, but with 2 young children it was a bit crowded. Breakfast was very good, but like most Hotels, a bit predictable. Staff were fantastic, and proximity to beach, restaurants, shops and bars was very good.

Location right in the middle of Sanur, close to surrounding attractions, location wise superb. Hotel is quirky in a good way, love the rooftop swimming pool, clean room, very helpful staff and nice staircase (prefer climb the stairs to get into my room). The only room for improvement is maybe you can consider to add dimm lighting to guide customers walking down the hall (and climb the staircase) it was rather dark at night (low visibility)
