“Great Hospitality”
I've stayed here before, back when their name's still just TS Suites and Sutos was still operating, and now i'm back with my family. Even though Sutos currently looks like an abandoned building, the TS hotel is under a new management by Artotel and it maybe even more artistic than before. It has art space with some paintings, a BTS merch corner (ARMY will love it), etc. The hospitality was great, from check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly. The room is still as nice as i remember. There is a bathtub separated by a sliding door from the bedroom, so you can soak while watching TV. The shower and toilet are separate, and there is a hair dryer in the drawer. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. They provide water refills, and if you need extra amenities like tissue or coffee capsules or wanna borrow cutlery, you can simply ask and they'll provide them. One thing i like is that they always answer in a friendly and polite tone, NO cynicism, rudeness or snappiness in their attitude. That's a great hospitality indeed. The price is worth the facilities and the hospitality.
