Nice hotel and facilities”
Everything was nice, from room to staffs but breakfast.. Oh god they need to improve a lot... Start hiring some real cooks then having all this fresh grads.. I had to return the eggs 3 times as they just could not make soft boil egg. Everytime it was given its full boil.. The main dishes taste blend and ya pls do look at the salads corner, your lettuce was not washes and it had sand on it.. The pastries was good no complaint.. And pls station the F&B manager there to check on the guest and to see if plates are left empty or with ample of food.. If food is left in the plates means something is wrong.. Just my suggestions

Hotel is great for family with young children. The best attraction of the hotel is the pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Downside: If only the mall that is attached to the hotel is open and have all the amnieties like cinema or supermarket then the hotel would have been a much better hotel.

Spacious Room”
I liked my spacious room in the corner of the building with a balcony viewing the swimming pool. The bathroom was also spacious and nicely designed and built using qualified materials. The bed was big and comfortable. I liked the generous cabinets. This is because the building was old but still well maintained. The only poor review from me is the restaurant. The meals are terrible. Because I read the reviews before I try so I just chose fresh food like fruits, salad, omelet, and jamu. The jamu was okay. The pineapple was too ripped. The salad was nothing special, the dressing was awful. I could not even finish my omelet. It was dry and awful. My husband ate the lontong sayur. It was already bad. I think the hotel management should do something to improve the restaurant. Next time I will choose rooms without breakfast. We just had breakfast once during the whole week we stayed.

It’s located in the center of the city so it’s easy to navigate from there. The facilities are also pretty complete. The only downside of this place is, should you drive a car, you must park it at the 8th floor. The hotel lobby is actually located at 9th floor. Overall, great experience!

Pricing was actually affordable and right in the middle of everywhere, hotel was alright, room was fine, although slightly older, however there was a night I woke up to use the toilet, there were roaches in the toilet which freaked me a little.

Hotel location is great, a walking distance to mall and convenient store. Staff and facilities is great too. Hotel is clean, Variety of food provided during breakfast spread. The only thing i dislike is the bed is abit too hard. Other than that, everything else is great.

Booked the hotel through Agoda with a promotion for 6 days. Really worth it to stay in this hotel although I am only stay here for working purposes not for enjoying the facilities. I would consider to stay here again in the future.
