Staffs are nice, the hotel is old but clean”
the hotel is clean but too bad the decoration and the hotel itself is pretty old. there's no carpet in the room, only old tiles. also i have made a wrong choice for the superior room since i have a 1 year old baby with me, because there is no bath tub in this room type and the shower is directly hanging on the wall, not using a hose. so we have to borrow a bucket from the hotel, but they only gave us a small and dirty bucket so i have to buy a clean cloth to wash the bucket. anyway, the staffs are nice

WHAT A MESS IT WAS !!”
LOUSY SERVICES AT THE RECEPTIONIST DURING CHECK-IN PROCESS, VERY LOUSY JOB DONE BY THE BELLBOY TO DELIVER OUR BAGGAGE TO THE ROOMS, VERY SLOW!! WHERE WAS THE SUPERVISOR/MANAGER?? OUR GUEST COMPLAINT FOR THE FOLLOWING: THE WOMEN'S TOILET IN THE LOBBY IS DIRTY AND STINKS!, ONE ROOM HAVE PROBLEM WITH THEIR SHOWER & A COCKROACH WAS FOUND INSIDE THE TOILET & TOO MUCH AIR FRESHENER SPRAYED IN THE ROOM. ONE OF OUR GUEST CHANGED ROOM 3 TIMES UNTIL SHE WAS SETTLED. BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT, AS WHAT A 5 STARS HOTEL SHOULD BE!! We moved from 3 stars hotel to this hotel because we expected to get a better service and room but what we got here was not like what our expectation. When we arrived, our room was not ready yet, we were waiting for one hour to get the room and when we asked the staff, they can' t give us about how long we need to wait to get the room, for us this is not profesional for five stars hotel. Also when they asked us to had a seat at the Lounge (while we waiting for the room) the staff there not saying hello and not even offering us welcome drink. After few times asked about the room and we were a little bit grumpy at them, finally they gave us the room. We regretted that we moved from 3 stars hotel to this 5 stars hotel with poor services. The 3 stars hotel has better services. We don' t think we will back staying at AryaDuta anymore.
