The hotel was double booked and I was redirect to another place”
I was trying to book this place - but when i going to check-in. The owner called and notify me that this place is booked and give me another place - which is about 10-15mins away from here (Palazio).

Strategic location, Mount Austin area lots of Restaurants and shops.The room is very comfortable and clean, especially the city view is so great. I like the room very much, definitely will stay here again for my next JB trip.

Nicely Designed”
The homestay is really nicely designed and making me feels of home. The homestay really clean and dustless I can say. But disappointing part is the air-con which unable to cool down the room. The owner did provides extra fan but make the room even more stuffy esp during daytime. Suggesting to increase the air-con capacity or paste film at glass panel to reduce sunlight.

Value for Money ”
The studio is clean and nice, spacious enough for 2 people stay. Another good option to stay besides hotel as it comes with comfortable living hall, refrigerator, small kitchen with induction cooker. It is quiet and perfect for light sleeper like me. Cons: Aircon is not that cold, probably need some service. Hair dryer did not function properly. If kitchen can add few more bowls and plates will be good. Overall is a good stay and highly recommended.

Pros: no frill check in/ beautiful gym/ tight security/ nice view from room/ clean and lovely condo/ good support from owner Cons: there is a stench when entering the room/ no hand wash/ bed sheet and cups have some stains/ have to drive out for food Overall still a pleasant stay and thank you to ASHOME.

Decent size room and a rather nice sunset view. The only thing I would complain about is they should invest on full blackout curtains. The room gets pretty bright early in the morning.
