Great place to stay!”
Was super happy to have found this place to host during CNY. The unit was very clean and big enough to accommodate a decent number of guests. My guests were also pretty impressed too. Needless to say, the location was great and next to the MRT station so it was easy to find. The staff over there were fantastic too as they are all very friendly and helpful too. The only other thing I would say about the place is the lack of car park facilities within the building itself. There may be a number of car park options around the building but as it was raining continuously during our stay, there was still some inconvenience for us. Nevertheless, I would still rate our stay to be 2 thumbs up and would definitely go back again.

One of our best stay!”
My son and I surprised this stay for my husband’s birthday and we loved it. The room was huge and love the bathroom! I requested for extra pillow and blanket during booking for my son, which was acknowledged during check in. The receptionist said to give them a call if the items weren’t in the room upon check in. However, they were really busy that Saturday and my call was left unanswered so I went down to fetch my husband for registration and informed the receptionist. As we walked to the lift, another staff asked if we needed help but we said we’ve already been attended to. He insisted on knowing and reassured he will liaise with his team that we get the pillows and blanket as soon as possible. They gave us 3 calls to the room about every 15mins to check if housekeeping have gave it to us. We also ordered food deliveries and we thought we have to collect it at the lobby but the porter brought them up. Their service is really excellent! I wished we have 1 or 2 nights extra to extend our stay!

The location of the hotel is located right inside CBD area and it's 1 min walk from Raffles place MRT station. Room we stayed is collyer suite and we love the room because it's big,clean,tidy & spacious and the toilet is huge too! Unfortunately during our stay in-room-dining is not available (forgotten what's the reason) and also the bose speaker cable was faulty and the hotel doesn't has any spare one. But overall we love our stay here and will definitely book this hotel for our next staycation.

Its really an awesome hotel. I just love the rooms. The facilities we didnt get to try , especially the swimming pools as it was raining. But the room , its soo huge. I travel with a 1 year old son that loves to explore. With the door that seperate the kitchen and toilet helps alot when bringing in small children. The staff are very friendly and professional. Gonna be my first choice of hotel for staycation .

We had our honeymoon staycation over at Ascott and obviously we love the ambiance of everything!Hotel located to various foodies place and convenient store!The only thing that lacking was that there’s no hotel carpark for us to park our vehicle and we had to park at the next building and it was really expensive,imagine to park it for more than 2days..But overall we enjoyed our stay and looking forward for another stay!

Overall experience was excellent, check in and check out was very fast within minutes. Toilet was super big with a big bathtub. Room was also spacious to move around. Able to cook with all the required stuffs provided. Fridge was also big with freezer provided. Best staycation for anniversary.

This is my favourite place to chill technology-free. TV is not HD and small so definitely not suitable for people who value TV time.. In built AM/FM with BOSE speaker but the reception is so bad sound has alot of static so pointless also. Amenities are all on point and clean.

It's literally next to the MRT! Spacious, the suite comes with a kitchenette, all cooking equipment and cutlery needed, a washing machine, wifi. It's perfect for tourists staying for a longer period of time. Only downside was that there were quite an amount of drain flies in the bathroom.

One staff by the name of Zul was really helpful and proactive in assisting the hotel guests. He made sure that our stay in Ascott was a swift one. The housekeeper Dayang and her team were also helpful in making sure our room are kept spick and span!!! Coming from a repeated hotel guest.

We were staying with 2 young children, it was a great stay as we were given an upgrade, the room was spacious and suits our needs, can do a simple cook. Everything within walking distance especially and close to the nearest public attractions. Great hotel for staycation!

Great location - easy to get anywhere”
Very nice place with MTS access right outside. 20 minute walk to all the beautiful gardens. Room had kitchen and dish washer - we were only there for 2 weekend nights and did not use appliances or any facilities this trip. Bed was very comfortable and room was fairly large. View into buildings primarily - and peak views of bay from 21st floor of building. Very nice shower with bath tub also. Would stay here again Corona Virus precautions were everywhere and hotel took temperature and provided hand sanitizer upon entry. On weekend with few travelers it was very nice - do not know what a normal day or weekend would be like.

Wanted to extend another night but unfortunately the place was fully booked. Absolutely loved the place! The apartment was very spacious, very clean, had all the amenities - washing machine, microwave, electronic stove, utensils/plates/pans etc. Loved the toilet, as it comes with a bath tub. To top it all off, the cleanliness of the place is a 10/10. The place is close to Lau Pa Sat and Raffles Place MRT. Overall, loved my stay and would love to stay here again.
