Hotel itself was great - Price was fair, the staff were warm, and the rooms were clean. Fairly new hotel meant not many other guests which was peaceful but also has some teething issues as a result (nothing major though). My only real complaint is that grab/gojek drivers have a VERY difficult time finding the property to pick you up. This is a pity because Sudirman is a fantastic location but: 1. The hotel is new and most drivers at the time of writing don't know about it 2. The hotel is within a complex called Ciputra World. If the driver misses the easily missable turn into Ciputra World, expect your driver to be delayed another 10min at least 3. There is another Ascott property nearby that further confuses drivers Make sure to plan and book your ride at least 20 mins before you want to leave, as you have to spend some time messaging/calling the driver to help him find the hotel lobby.

Second visit. Still amazing!”
It was my second stay at Ascott Sudirman and everything was amazing! This time, we stayed for a night only but it was as great as our first visit back in 2018. Our one-bedroom apartment had big windows overlooking west (we would love to have one with windows overlooking east, to be honest), but the amenities were in good condition. I had the swimming pool for myself in the evening and the massaging chairs in the Sanctuary were dope! Looking forward to staying again at Ascott Sudirman.

The location is decent and you will find the best value, each unit: studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom has washer/dryer, kitchen, clean wash room. The restaurant food is ok, personally i would never eat there, even if it was free. The food isnt a problem there is a mall with great choice and grab food delivery to the lobby. The reception, house keeping and security range from acceptable to very good or even great. I found dealing with the management difficult. The management does not respect the customer point of view. Be careful when booking the cheapest option is hard to find; looking for a queen bed in studio is listed with a picture of a washroom. Lol. You can request specific house keeping or change room if your room makes you unhappy. Overall great place, once and a while you will get a lazy housekeeping or inattentive reception or lazy security but on the other hand most of the staff are 5 stars. If something happens ask the reception for help. The management stay away from they only look to cover their own position and enforce rules. I never managed confidentially to book a long term stay with man named ivan, played games with prices and tricks until i hated the place. Same with the other supervisor or management, what they tell you is never accurate or only beneficial to the hotel. I would definitely stay here but i would learn how to get the best from my stay from the reception staff (hopefully the good ones) good luck and enjoy Ascott sudirman.

Great experience as usual with Ascott properties, great accommodation, decent breakfast, pleasant staff. I always pick Ascott when I've no where to stay for it's reliable well-rounded offering. Location is walking distance to Lotte Shopping Avenue from side gate, maybe 5min (but not the most pleasant walk). Only comment is that taxis have a hard time finding the place and sometimes end up at the wrong Ascott (Kuningan is very close by).

Ascott sudirman is a great place to stay with your spouse/ family. the room is big and spacious, complete facilities, but there are something that need to be improved; i found left over water that wasn’t disposed in the heating pot, few plates are still not clean enough, the breakfast was not good because there isn’t much variety of the food, the taste was awful (except for the yoghurt and cereal LOL) and the space is too limited.

Spacious and clean suite, soft pillows and huge bed, nice facilities like cooking range and washing machine inside hotel room. Relaxing city view pool, sauna, steam, and gym facilities make hotel experience better. Ascott should add more restaurants and wider menu choices such as plant-based meal options. Get the room with breakfast rate for buffet feast and you feel more nourished. Room cleaning service should also go beyond 4:00pm daily. Taxi drivers not quite familiar with Ascott Sudirman location so it is good to know exact location and use a GPS. Overall good value for money especially for those who want to stay longer in a hotel and cook their own food.

Millennium hotel here in Asia (Jakarta-Indonesia) the best but, I thought would be the same as in Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia. I was stayed at ‘Grand Millenium hotel there for one weeks and the room and bathroom very hugest and I thought ‘Millenium hotel (Jakarta-Indonesia) room would be hugest too and I stayed there one weeks also. I’m a bit disappointed. I have no where to go because I booked already. I also took my mother with me and she’s 72 years old. I joined her for my big holidays. “Millennium” Hotel Jakarta room I was stayed is 3 stars. Because they don’t give bathrobes until I asked for. According to hotel description it’s come with it. ‘Grand Millennium’ Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia 5 star because they have a variety food for breakfast and ‘bathrobe’ very big, thick and whiter. ‘Millennium’ Jakarta should have more than that. And last the ‘bathrobes’ very, old, thinner and does not white enough😒. Thank you.

Always liked Ascott Sudirman for the location (next to shopping/food) and close to the business areas. The traffic in front was a bit of a challenge and need to get through 2 sets of security before reaching the hotel (the ride from the main road to the lobby seemed long). The rooms were good and spacious... especially if you were staying for more than a couple of days. There was no face towel when i checked in but that was quickly rectified when i told the frontdesk the next morning. Breakfast was a good spread with friendly and welcoming service. a little bothered with mosquitoes in the lobby when i was waiting for my ride to come... but that could be seasonal.

A pleasant Christmas vacation”
We stayed for two nights and booked a studio room. Our unit was on the 12th floor, quite spacious with a kitchenette, a study area, and windows overlooking east, offering an amazing view of Mega Kuningan area. In-room amenities worked properly and the bathtub was great for deep soaking. For the last night, we decided to upgrade our unit to a one-bedroom apartment. The unit was on the 20th floor, equipped with similar amenities to the ones in our first unit. The kitchenette was bigger but the living/study area was a little too cramped. Windows in the living room and bedroom gave a better, unobstructed view of Mega Kuningan area. Our bathroom was quite spacious, with his and hers sink. The swimming pool on the 30th level had an amazing view but the water was too cold for our liking. We enjoyed using the sauna, the gym, and the massage chairs. Unfortunately, we could not access the game room since it was usable by request. Overall, the experience was pleasant and we'd love to come back.

Fantastic luxury apartment ”
This will be the only place I will stay now when in Jakarta. It is brand new, well ran with fantastic staff, luxurious and with every facility required for a perfect stay. The room. Is beautiful with all equipment required such as fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the necessary cutlery/pans. The TV is fantastic with Bein Sports so all premiership football, the bed extremely comfy and a bathroom with a superb rain shower. A truly wonderful experience.

Hair Dryer Power Point ”
I have noted all my stays at the Ascott, the power points in the bathroom where the mirror is, cannot support the usage of the hair dryer, hence you cannot style your hair while we are drying it. Instead you got to dry your hair in the room without the mirror and hopefully and blindly style your hair, which is strange and annoying. Because of this a 4 star is given instead of a 5.

the location is not far from ascott kuningan. The downside it has no access to mall and no convenient store around breakfast was minimal and the hotel staff was kinda cold during reception. some of the facilities would require to have a deposit to use them.

Stayed at premium room on high floor but the room is very noisy, the window is not sound proof, can hear all the cars beeping at night, it’s close to the main road. Room is comparatively small, can get much bigger room at similar or lower price in Jakarta. Location is ok, but most taxi drivers are always consisted and take you to ascot kuningan no matter what you say or show the map to them.
