We enjoyed workcation at Ascott Waterplace Surabaya, 1 bedroom apartment ,room 3208, especially for friendly and helpful staffs : Monica (Dutty Manager) , who kindly gave attention to washing machine issue in room this morning, (that already helped by Ryco engineering last night) it turned out that i had to dried my laundry for more couple hour due to many number of clothes i put in washing machine. Drajat Agung Wibowo at Front Office who helped me to print some of my paper work, so that i can continue to do my work (Workcation), not to mention Tulus (security staffs) who also very kind and well-mannered staff helped me to bring my luggage, Huda (house-keeping staff), was also helpful and quick-response to my request such as towel and additional pillow. In a nut-shell I certainly will come back soon at Ascott Waterplace Surabaya. In general, everything in room : AC, TV ,microwave, dispenser, washing machine, haidryer, refrigerator, stoves were worked well. Highly valuable for money. Good location, walking distance to PTC Mall, near Toll.

I was expecting a decent serviced apartment where me and my family can just enjoy Surabaya's famous culinary and also stay safe in a good hotel with good health protocol during this pandemic situation. But yet the horel has an outstanding measure in term of making sure everyone is safe... and when they serve... they make sure that they are safe to serve and that we receive a safe service. We didnt want to go out much and just ordered food from outside and the food are safely delivered to our room and they even make sure that the packaging are safely cleaned before delivering to our room. Spacious apartment fully equipped to help make us feel really at home. All appliances and amenities are also complete to facilitate us. Will come back for sure!

Ascott Sby is super duper great hotel. The lobby is very comfy, clean n luxurious. The room also very spacious and they have complete kitchenware, 2 TVs, comfy bed, washing machine that works perfectly, also ironing machine n its table. Bathroom also very clean, spacious n have bathtub too. They also give us cute honeymoon decorations for free. What a very great stay here. Superr close to biggest mall in Surabaya too. Hands down THE BEST stay in surabaya”
I’ve stayed at a few luxury hotels in surabaya but nothing like this one. From the moment i step in all of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The front staff work very promptly but still managed to provide a good service despite their workload, salute to the front desk staff. The room were very spacious, you can find anything you need during your stay (from microwave down to all cooking equipment, even washing machine!) and also very clean, with a beautiful city view. This will probably the only place i’ll stay when i’m back to surabaya.

Everything is just perfect here. Staying in one bedroom executive room give new experience to our family. The spacious room with all you need equipments provided made you feel like home. The rooms are clean, easy access, exclusive, elegant, even for kiddos. They love bathing and laying on livingroom watching movie, while my mother in law is on bed watching her favourite movie. Nice hotel for bizbtraveller. We took 2 bedroom for 3 people. Breakfast is good, staff are nice, facilities are good, water pressure is good, bed is comfortable, we were all well rested. It was our 2nd time staying here, but for sure not the last time.

Ascott Waterplace Surabaya is a nice hotel close to Toll Exit in Surabaya. The hotel has spacious and very clean room, located in the mall complex, so no worry to find food. The facilities are not yet in operation due to PPKM. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was delivered to your room as the restaurant is not operated.
