This place won't offer you a luxury stay at the moment (It may once did) but you can be certain that it will be at least on par and for the most part are superior to other places in the area

Many things can be improved. (The lack of) staff, cleanliness of the cafe area or even the performance of the air conditioner. I got stung in the foot by a bee at the entrance of our villa, controlling the insects or any other poisonous animal is needed.

Quite good if you do not mind room design / layout”
1. toilet bowl and wash basin are out side the room (open air) , we have to fight with mosquito once using toilet, so uncomfortable. 2. pool surrounding is not clean. (should make up and also renovate) 3. refilled shampoo, bath gel are empty, 1 gel bath is not enough for 2 guests. 4. mirror door have no fit to close, some insect and mosquito can frying in to the room and feel unsafe on bed time. 5. breakfast was not preparing but big and variety meal came true. All waiter have a good service mined, alert and heart fully served. 6. we were enjoy with friendly beagle dog and cats.

Looks nice but lot to improve in staff training”
Family Room is big and fits 5 people easily. The gardens are nice and swimming pool is ok. Have nice views from surroundings also. The cons are that breakfast is a total mess, if there is more than 1 room having breakfast the staff can not accommodate the food, there are too few items of each and run out in case 2 or 3 rooms decide to have breakfast at the same time. Looks a nice place just to sleep and maybe late afternoon pictures but go to eat somewhere else... We comment the issues on the first breakfast but the second day was even worse... so will not be back as looks like staffs don't care about comments or can not do better whichever is not worth it, specially with small children not easy waiting so long even for a glass of bottled orange juice.

just had a one night stay. but the room we had seems a bit too dark, perhaps due to the wall colour and lighting. Staff was helpful.

Very relaxing experience”
Our stay was quite comfortable and we had our private transport to commute. The staff guided us to find the right spots to dine and to move around. They provided printed route directions to reach the various sites in the town. As we were with children, they even screened movies in the open theater. Overall we had a very comfortable stay in Ashcarya. As a family we were very satisfied with our stay.

Short (one night) stay for a race”
We stayed there for a running race. The staff were exceptionally helpful without being asked. Late check out, lift to the event (at 3 am), late breakfast...all arranged for us without us even asking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room good and clean. I=For me the price seemed a bit high...for my budget..before i arrived, but i can say it is not too much for what they deliver. pool is small but deep clean and very nice. also a kiddies pool for families. wonderful grounds. i will return, but for longer next time to relax in the area

Chic with a nice landscape”
We stayed at the garden villa. Really love the design with beautiful and well-maintained landscape. Quite surroundings and chill atmosphere. There was no a variety of breakfast and it would b nice if you could have a restaurant in the resort. Friendly and attentive staff. Perfect stay!

If you are looking for the nice and private resort. I think this resort is the best choice for you. The room is decorated in theme "Red and Black". I recommend you go in the winter. The good weather at night. Good for the couple.

Wonderful gem of a place”
This is a great little resort. It is basic with regards to facilities, but if you want to escape from it all and take in the amazing scenery then this is the place for you. The staff are very attentive and always on hand. The villas are well decorated and very private. A great place to go for some R&R

It's worth”
My first time here and i recommend this hotel. The staff are incredibly nice. I really impressed the service-minded of all staff. Also, the location and atmosphere are good as expected. For the room(Garden view), it's not bad but it's just nothing special for me. The overall is really worth for money. Hope u guys like it.

It's more than what I paid”
I went there with all my family. The place was wonderful, nice and clean. All staffs are friendly and caring. In my group we have my nephew which is 1 year old. The staffs can even be babysitter.

Room is IN NEED of maintenance. Old Room! / But Nice environment & Helpful staffs”
We stayed in room.6. The room has nothing special and in NEED a lot of maintenance; 1. Shower was broken. 2. No cloth hanger in bathroom. 3. Bugs and Insects found in room on the bed!! 4. Curtains is dusty and so untidy! 5. Dusts were found in some area of the room. 6. Some furniture has to be repaired and touch up. Breakfast was so and so. We went for breakfast at 9.30 AM. All food were cold. There was not warming system to keep food fresh and warm. Eggs & sausages were cold with grease. Moreover, just about an hour before we checked out..somehow the electricity ran out. Disappointing! Environment & nature was very nice. Fresh air, lots of trees and adorable animals. Staffs were nice and helpful. Overall, the resort itself seems nice but could be much better with more care and better maintenance. We expected more from this place for money we paid. So we are very disappointed!!

Lovely and cozy”
This is the best hotel ever. We could bring the dog to the hotel. Just pay 500 baht for 1 small dog. It was really nice to have to dog sharing the moment with us. The food and the staff performance was 9/10. I love this hotel.
