Impressive”
(+) Free transfers to and from airport/bus station. Excellent plated breakfast. Clean and comfy beds, big and clean bathroom. Staff and manager are very friendly, they let us check out very late. (-) There are mosquitoes within the property. Best if you have repellants.

Great Facility”
I enjoyed this place. It was very relaxing and quiet. It was a bit far from the center but you can catch a Grab Tuk Tuk from this place. I recommend booking a few days with this place, because you will not want to leave or change hotels a lot when you come to Siem Reap.

Excellent”
Originally booked 3 nights, ended up staying an extra 2. Location for Angkor Wat was unbeatable. Hotel organized full day tour for $17, their driver (Didn't get the spelling of his name but has Lucky on his helmet!) was a very very safe driver, super friendly and didn't rush us at all. 60 minute Thai massage in our room for $10 each. Excellent staff, especially the younger girl at reception in the mornings and the young man who does the reception and hosts the restaurant at night - thanks for helping us with our Khmer!! Cons- Area is garden based, lots of trees so there were a few mosquitoes in our room but hotel very clean. Doors to rooms very noisy to close. Overall we would definitely stay again!

Quiet perfection”
This place is such a lovely and quiet place to stay with really clean and tidy rooms, a really nice tuk tuk driver that picks you up from the airport and also can take you around Siem Reap. The restaurant is small but the food is really nice. A good place to stay if you are visiting the Angkor temples. You can hire a tuk tuk driver for $17 a day through the hotel. Highly recommended

What Makes Ashia Hotel The Best Is The Staff”
I will fall short of the words to describe the hospitality at Ashia. The property is definitely great without a doubt but what makes it the best are people like Komsorth Oem . Can't thank him enough for really making the stay comfortable every possible way. I must also admit that at times I get fussy over small things if i'm having a bad day . He was just brilliant in managing crazy guests like me. Pros The hotel is indeed beautiful liked the open bathtub in my room Needless to stay, staff sets an example for best hospitality right from your pick up to seeing you off, it was so personalised. Food is great. Hotel provides free transfers Cons Giant ibis or sinh tourist bus companies don't pick you up from hotel City is not far hardly 5 kms but tuk tuk charges between 3-4 usd per way to take you to the city and back to hotel. Komsorth Oem you are a gem !! I got ripped badly in cambodia but i hang on to your kindness and hospitality and forget the rest.

Good service but our money was stolen ”
1. The service is perfect especially from the manager. He’s a gentleman and he talks friendly. 2. The environment is great. Our room is clean and tidy and quiet. The bathroom is really large. 3. There are some mosquitos so you have to shut the door all the time. 4. The worst thing ever happened in my travel was that my money was stolen. I put my wallet on the desk in our room. But when we came back to the hotel I found all the money stolen and my wallet was open and empty. We told the manager immediately but he couldn’t believe in us. And I called the Chinese ambassador and they told me there’s nothing else I can do because there are no cameras in the hotel. I was very angry. I’ve travelled to Thailand, Vietnam, Germany, Italy, and nothing like this ever happened before. I was really really mad. And I can almost tell who did this. It was the woman who cleaned my room. But the hotel manager said they couldn’t believe me and gave me 50dollars as complement. I’ll never go there again

Great location for visiting the Angkor world heritage sites”
The hotel is located on the Northern side of Siam Reap city, so is very convenient to get to the Angkor sites from the hotel. The staff always try very hard to be helpful and are all very nice. They managed to organise a mountain bike for me within an hour of my arrival - they are good quality Giant bikes as well. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though the lack of a door between the bed and the shower might be awkward if you were sharing a room and weren't comfortable sharing everything ... fine for me as a solo traveller though. The only thing I would say is that as an independent traveller, I felt a bit bad about turning down all their offers to help organise transport and dinners and invitations to dine at the hotel as I appreciate they want to business, but I do like to wander off and do my own thing. They were happy to leave it once I said no though, so that was nice. I would also recommend maybe organising your own airport transfers though as both my transfers were late.

Very good”
The stay in the hotel was pleasant. Although there was some misfortune during the first night when our hotel room flooded. Almost 5cm or so water in the room. The compensation was a free tuktuk driver for Angkor Wat for a small tour, which was worth of 22$. The staff was really helpful during that time and luckily there was no permanent damage to any of our stuff. It was easy to book the temple tour and driver was on time. Overall pleasant stay eventhough the first night was awful.
