Disappointing hot spring trip
We have high expectation on the hot spring for relaxation. The public hot spring is very small. And the bottom of the tub is dark, making me feel that's not as clean. For the dinner, I was expecting more crab and sashimi but it's pork hot pot. Steamed seafood is soso. Food is nice but not expected for the Japanese dinner. We added 1 bed for my child and he feels not comfortable that he ends of sleeping with me on the same single bed. Suggest you goto hotel early to book the private bath. We were late and we can book midnight that finally we didn't go. The next morning, it took us 1 hour 20 mins to take bus to Odawara station. Suggest to take off in Hakone station to save time.

Pleasant staying
The hotel room is clean and comfortable. Dinner provided with free flow sake, beer, soft drinks and tea. Both dinner and breakfast provided are very nice. Guests take turn to enjoy outdoor private onsen, each room 40min. If you don't want to have your turn at the late night (l got the session at 12am+), suggest you to check-in early or pre-book the onsen session (if the management allow to). Overall, it was a pleasant staying in this hotel. Love it.
