The parking attendant was quick to find a parking spot, the front desk staff was friendly, and the elevator staff helped us get into the lift. There was a hair iron in the room, which made me really happy as I love using one. The room was clean, but I suggest making breakfast more varied and delicious, and the noise from the room above could be reduced. Other than that, everything was fine. This place is a must-try for a staycation, as it is close to the city center.

My wife, our 6-month-old baby, and I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. One night, my wife asked for help warming up our baby’s food, and they really assisted with a full smile. The room was clean, and the view was great. We could see the National Monument, haha. The only thing is that the mattress seems to need replacing; it's a bit lopsided, haha. But it's still comfortable. The location is also close to everything. However, it can be a bit difficult to get a ride at night, maybe because it's quite congested, so there were often cancellations from drivers, especially with the rainy season. But there are various types of food near this hotel. We just skipped eating out because we were with the baby. The breakfast food was really delicious. My wife and I enjoyed it very much. If asked whether we would return, I hope we have the fortune and opportunity to come back here with our family. Hopefully, there will be promotions, haha. Thank you, Ashley!

The staff at this hotel are very friendly, and the front office is also very helpful and welcoming. It's close to the culinary center on Jalan Sabang and Monas. You can find a complete variety of food here. It's also near Sarinah and other shopping centers. I've stayed here twice... it's great!

Staying for one night at Ashley Sabang Jakarta on May 6-7, 2025 was truly enjoyable. The location is very strategic, close to shopping centers and iconic tourist spots in Jakarta. The room is clean, comfortable, and has a modern minimalist design. The staff service is friendly and quick to assist with every guest's needs. The breakfast is varied and quite delicious. However, parking access is somewhat limited, so a bit of patience is required if arriving during peak hours. Overall, this accommodation is highly recommended for a staycation or short business trip. I will definitely come back!
