Unclean, unhelpful staff”
When I checked into the hotel even the bed was not made & they had to change my room. Secondly, the wifi changed and no one bothered to inform me the new password. When hot water wasn't available for a shower, the lady said she would send someone to look into it but no one turned up for the two nights. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Pathetic and Dirty”
I booked online this 2 bhk service apartment in Andheri East Area. Location was ok. Rooms floor were dirty with lots of hairs, All three bathrooms were even more dirtier with lots of hairs at the floor. Kitchen sink had lots of trash. We complaint 3-4 times at the reception but the reception lady was not bothered as we are living for free. Then on the second last day when cleaning staff visited and we complain they told hairs on the floor and bathrooms are not their responsibility, once we told them that we will complain they said you can do complain as they don't have any fear of management. They charge us Rs 8500 per day with this pathetic service and dirty rooms. Breakfast was not upto the mark. I Suggest everyone not to waste your hard earned money in this Apartment, there are many other options within this range.

Please indicate somewhere in hotel rules or wherever that unmarried girl and guy even if they are just friends aren't allowed to stay. Would save a lot of headache on both parts.

Neither Staff was not upto the mark not breakfast”
Staff was not helpful, check-in took half n hour, they have nowhere mentioned that they do not entertain couples not having same surnames, they asked my wife id card which has the same surname as I have on my I'd proof. It was pathetic experience as they clearly denied check in and when asked abt refund they told we are not responsible for refund. Although later I was having a scan copy of another I'd proof of my wife having same surname then they allowed us to check in. If it's there policy they should clearly mention so people sud be ready before going there. We ordered paid for tea in evening even the person who delivered tea in my room said I made extra tea can I get tea from kettle. Such a rubbish and uneducated staff.

HALF APARTMENT ”
There wasn't a proper kitchen as how an apartment is supposed to be equipped. That was a massive let down! Another let down was; no visitors at ANY TIME!!! Good environment and very safe even at midnight. Welcoming staff, Chaksi was amazing!
