Best value for money in Aswan”

On booking was sent a private message by Ayman saying how to find the property and the WhatsApp number for any questions. Met on arrival on the Island (just take the ferry from KFC, works sunrise to midnight, 2 le for Egyptians, 5 le for others) to be escorted by Mostafa to the property. Very clean property, and big bedroom. Bathroom, kitchen and Nile terrace looking directly to the West Bank shared to the 3 rooms. Good breakfast included and a very reasonable lunch and dinner menu compared to other places on the Island. Also small reasonably priced supermarkets on the Island if you wanted to make something in the kitchen. Free WiFi working very well. Exceptional service and best value for money. Highly recommend.
There is nothing not to like if you want the local experience in an AMAZING location.

Everyone was very nice. With only 3 rooms, this place really felt like home. The location (Elephantine island) was amazing! Quiet, beautiful and away from the typical hassle of the city, very relaxing. Wifi was excellent.

Bathroom facilities are not in good condition. One of the beds was broken. The second breakfast was not serviced, the dishes from the first breakfast have not been cleaned even till the next morning.

It is VERY basic, poorly constructed, no glass in window only shutters and screen so very cold because of wind from river. Drainage problems, when washing machine is used the water backs up and comes up in bathroom

Quiet house in the village on the north-west side of the island, with a small terrace looking out onto Kitchener's Island and the west bank of the nile. There is a small cafe (serving drinks only), just next door. There are only two guest rooms, along with a kitchen, a small living room and a shared bathroom. Excellent price for reliable accomodation on Elephantine Island. Many thanks to the owners

Beautiful view of Botanical Gardens. Good hot shower and good breakfast. comfortable bed.
The bathroom was not very clean. No hooks to hang anything! No wi-fi. (but got to use next door’s). Breakfast sometimes didn’t appear.
