Very good”

Overall a nice hotel with friendly people. We asked for a driver to pick us up from the airport. Even though he was late, he showed up so that is a win... Nubia village is a must. We loved the village.
At the last day, they told us that we had to pay the room to chek out, even though we did pre-paid to booking. I fortunatelly had with me the verification printed, so the let us go. That happens a lot in Egypt.

Superb”

Serenity and peace of mind😊 This place provides you with the perfect atmosphere to relax and indulge in stunning Nubia! The view from the balcony was amazing. Breakfast by the Nile was so delecious. The room is small but cosy. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed from the reception and Hamada from the support staff who took care of everything to make our lives much easier. I will definitly go back once I get the chance 😊

The staff only cares about making the orders quickly without concerning about the quality, there's no daily room service , their restaurant is vey bad utterly. No internet , they don't respect the rules for treatment with guests , the main aim for the staff to collect money , you feel that you are getting the runaround and no one forthcoming with you.

The location
There is no system or any kind of management over there. When I made the reservation through booking, someone called me to confirm, then when I got to the property I didn’t find him or any reception person. Then I got the room and everything without anyone asking for any documents. At my last night this reservation person called me asking to change my room. Then the weird part when he called me at the middle of my last night asking me to pay the full amount of my stay in cash, so I gave the money to another person there but they didn’t give me any kind of receipt. The place is nice as a place but no management at all.

The staff are the kindest, the friendliest and the most generous ever! The views were incredible!
Rooms are simple, not as sophisticated and luxurious as advertised. There’s an unpleasant smell coming out of the water/drainage pipes.

Good location close to where the boats dock and away from the noise and hassle of the shops. Nice view across the river
I was there for 3 nights and there was no WiFi the whole time. Whenever I asked I was told it will be on by 8 or 9 or tomorrow. Despite Booking.com saying you can pay by card, they do not have a card reader. The manager knocked on my door on my last night asking me to go to an atm with him. I asked why he didn’t change the information on the booking.com site but he didn’t answer. In the end we had to drive between 2 ATMs on the way to airport the next day. I don’t know why they are not honest about it The people at the hotel in the daytime don’t speak English so can’t tell you what time breakfast is, what is around, advise on taxis etc My room was not clean and the toilet and air con leaked I will give some benefit of the doubt as it is a quiet time for them but working WiFi and a clean room as well as correct payment information are basics
