Room with picture window view of Perfume River”
I was upgraded to a deluxe room on the 7th floor, end room front of building. WOW, the room was huge with windows on either side, the main window ran the whole length of the room. The night view of the bridges over the Perfume River was fantastic. The hotel is a street back with several other hotels (same size and smaller)from the main road that takes you across the bridge about a 10 minute cylco ride to the crazy Hue markets. I love Hue it runs at a slower place than some of the other small cities in Vietnam. It was the original capital and one of the sights to see if the old city. I always find great little shops to look at antiques and talk with the locals who are always friendly. The street the hotel is in has a few cafes and restaurants that service local Hue treat. One that is mentioned in just about every tourist book eg Lonely Planet as a place to eat, which I did and it was good (don’t remember the name!)I will stay at this hotel again. Only neg comment and the owners should fix this problem, the doors on all the rooms on the 7th floor don’t seem to shut flush so the sound from the corridor and lifts was easy to hear. Not sure if the doors or wood around the doorways was warped but I checked all the front doors of the rooms and you could see the same problem. I loved the room, really clean, large and well presented, the cleaners where really friendly and helpful, concierge the same, reception staff pleasant but always very 'busy'

Amazing”
Oh my Asia hotel, where to begin? Well firstly the photos on agoda do not to it justice at all! It is a stunning hotel of picturesque grandeur as you walk up the large staircase out front. The staff were excellent, well spoken and very helpful. The location is smack bang in the middle of a tourist district with many bars, atms, restaurants, night clubs within very close vicinity. The rooms are simply gorgeous with no comfort to be spared, stunning views over Hue city at night. The restaurant is great with a swimming pool inside it on like the 9th floor! The breakfast buffet was very large and impressive with plenty of options for all. This was by far the nicest place we stayed on our trip the Vietnam, would 100% stay here again and recommend this place to anyone travelling there!

Asia Hotel”
The Asia Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! The rooms were clean and comfortable (great air conditioning) even if they were a bit small. But that being said, we were still easily able to fit a baby cot (at no charge) into the room. Staff throughout the hotel were helpful and friendly. The tour desk arranged a private car for us. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. I have stayed in Hue before and I have to say that the location of the Asia Hotel is perfect. We walked to the Citadel and there are great restaurants on the same street. I would definitely stay at the Asia Hotel again.

Spacious & clean bedroom, strategic location ”
We enjoyed our stay very much in Asia Hotel and we felt that the hotel is underrated. It deserves a 4 stars rating. Asia Hotel is well located at Hue city center and it is located at the most happening area in Hue city with lots of restaurants, pubs, shops and travel agencies around. Asia Hotel offers a great variety of buffet breakfast and we were so looking forward for it every morning during our stay there. Wifi internet with good speed is available in both bedrooms and common area. Bedrooms on 10th & 9th floor are newly renovated and refurbished. Our room #1003 had perfume river view from the window. Bed was super king sized and extremely comfortable. Bed linen, bathroom and bedroom was clean. We highly recommend Asia Hotel to everyone visiting Hue City.

An Excellent Hotel”
I've visited the Asia Hotel numerous times over the past few years, and I always recommend it to friends passing through Hue. The staff and management are top notch, their English is great, the buffet breakfast is fantastic, and the location is ideal for anyone spending a few days in Hue or simply passing through enroute to Hanoi or Saigon. Again: I can't praise this place enough, the management team cares about the guest experience and the staff's behavior reflects this focus.

All round great hotel with excellent restaurant”
We were exhausted by the time we arrived in Hue (13 hour overnight bus trip from Hanoi). Check-in was very efficient and the room well sized, super clean with a fantastic view of Hue. After our journey and an afternoon at the Citadel we were too tired to go out for dinner and used room service which is not something we ever do. The menu (same as in the restaurant), and in particular the soups, were great with prices equivalent to street cafes. On the second night we dined in the hotel 7th floor restaurant (again something we don't normally do). Great service, wonderful ambience, beutiful view,another delicious meal. Breakfast each day was a treat, a great way to start the days touring. I know it sounds like it is all about the food, everything else was excellent as well.

Luxury--Lovely Hotel with Spacious Suites”
We really enjoyed this hotel. In fact, it was one of the most comfortable hotels we stayed at. For the price, it feels like luxury because the staff is so accomodating and if you get the suite, you get the nice large room with a living area, tall windows, and balcony. The staff welcomed us with delicious passion fruit juice and warm towels to clean our hands. The room took some time to get ready, but then again we arrived early from Hanoi on a train. Luckily though, we had booked a Hue Riders tour (highly recommend!), so it didn't matter much. Once we got into our room we noticed a plate of fresh fruit waiting for us. It was nicely air conditioned and squeaky clean. The bed was very large and the bathroom was the size of some hotel rooms. The downside, though, is that there wasn't a shower, just a tub. It's nice if you like taking relaxing baths. The location is great because there are a ton of restaurants and bars right on the same street. It's a five minute walk to the river too. Since we were there three nights, we took advantage of our complimentary sauna and steam bath entrance. It was nice. The spa isn't that amazing compared to others, but the prices are decent. Amazing ”
WOW...After a few weeks travelling we were stunned when we first arrived at this hotel. It was beautiful & way beyond our expectations. We had one of the best rooms in the hotel thanks to a great Agoda deal & even video taped our room on arrival to post to jealous friends back home. After getting over the room the only problem was figuring out how to use the shower/ spa with all its jets attachments etc. Breakfast we the best we had in our 6 weeks in Vietnam/Cambodia. The pool was lovely & cold, we could not fault anything about this hotel. Now to the street, the bars and restaurants are all good and cheap, the DMZ bar is a must and just down the road. Healing The Wounded Heart is also on the street, well worth a visit and a buy a few items to support these locals ...they are beautiful and gave us a free Vietnamese sign language instruction booklet. The Cafe Sua Da is great too, perfect on a hot Hue day!

Very nice in Hue”
Just stayed here for 2 days recently and it was a good decision. Booked online from a pub down the street, walked up and checked in. Had the deluxe room on the 10th floor, for the price I paid it was a very nice room. The room is super clean, bed was comfy and even had CNN.... I haven't seen that before in Asia. Only negative I found was the tub/shower. Water gets onto the floor from around the tub and makes it slippery getting out if your not paying attention, there is a drain in the floor but..... Only other thing was the travel agent in the hotel, can't say she was the most helpful, we ended up going just a few doors down from the hotel to a little travel agent called Impressive land Travel, the rent motorbikes too, Nang set up everything we needed perfectly. The location of the Asia is great too, lots of pubs and restaurants. I would stay here again if I'm in Hue again.

The Asia Hotel in Hue is situated close to the Perfumed River. It has friendly staff and excellent facilities. The attached restaurant is excellent for lunch, while the breakfasts are really something. There is also a Beauty salon and Spa attached which we took advantage of in terms of a relaxing massage. Overall a very well run and pleasant hotel to stay in.

Great hotel, perfect location”
This was the hotel that we were staying at as part of our cycling tour and we booked 2 additional nights at the start so we could see a bit more of Hue. The reception and door staff were extremely friendly and helped us check in quickly (which was great as we were quite tired after travelling). The room was lovely and spacious, comfortable king size bed, chaise lounge and flat screen TV. We were lucky enough to be on the 9th floor with a river facing room so the view was lovely. We appreciated the bath robes, room safe, and loved the bath/shower setup. Breakfast buffet on the 7th floor was amazing, fantastic fresh bread rolls and croissants, a lady to cook fried eggs or omelettes, and plenty of other dishes. Great location in a busy street with plenty of restaurants and shops, easy walk down to the river (catch a boat to the other side or walk a bit further and across the bridge).

Great location in Hue and fabulous breakfast”
Welcome board displaying our names and names of others arriving that day - a nice touch. Hotel has the friendliest bellboy ever. Welcome drink at check-in and given voucher for a free cocktail on first night. Room spacious with kingsize bed. Large bathroom which had bath with overhead shower, there was even a seperate urinal. Received complementary fruit (2 bananas and 2 passionfruit) each day of our stay. Breakfast room has great view and really good selection. Also, plenty of other places to eat in the same Street. Small pool but didn't get the chance to use it in the time we were there. Would definately recommend this hotel for staying in Hue

Good location, okay room and service”
Asia Hotel is an average hotel that could be better than it really is. The hotel is located in the center of the tourist area. Inside the building is unusually dim and dark during the night, giving it an eerie feel sometimes. The room we had was very spacious with its own sitting area and closet room. The only downfall was that a double room meant two separate full size beds that could not be pushed together given the fixed nightstand set between the two beds. The room had a dingy quality from the green paint on the wall, though the room did seem clean. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, situated on the top floor of the hotel, affording a nice view of the river in the morning. The biggest complaint we had was booking a tour though the hotel. We did a boat tour of the temples in the area, and was not informed by the staff that it was an “a la carte” type of tour, meaning that we just paid for boat transportation. We had to pay for transportation to and from the other temples, and were hassled to buy lunch and trinkets from the boat operator. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but given the availability of so many other options in Hue, I would recommend trying other places before going to Asia Hotel.

Suprised!!!”
A very very nice hotel! Really been suprised, for that money to find such a pleasent hotel. My stay was 2days in Hue before going to Hoi An. I wished I could take that Hotel to Hoi An. In all 5days in central VN, that was the best Hotel. U will not regret, staff was even talking in my both origin languages. Just the location wasnt good. I find Hue is very dirty because of the airpolution...

Nice New hotel in the middle of town”
I was in Hue to attend a Wedding at riverfront restaurant. We stayed at Century hotel for a few days before transferring to Asia hotel. Asia was a much better experience. The junior suites are highly recommended .... even has a spa and steamroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely return. Asia hotel is only 100m of so from the river and close to the well known DMZ bar.

We enjoyed our stay at the Asia Hotl in Hue. The staff were courteous and helpful. The central location allowed us to walk to the Citadel and to enjoy the river boat ride. Would recommend this hotel could easy be a 4 star.

we originally planned to stay for one night in Hue but decided to extend our stay to two nights because of how nice Hue and Asia hotel were. We got an excellent deal on the room, and the staff were very friendly, and even let you rent their motorbikes for the day for a few dollars.
