          A flop house”

          Hotel offers 12 or 24 hour stays which means higher turnover and likely more undesirables. Many use common areas to get wifi (not in room) so a bit creepy with guests in hallway. The worst though is that the room smelled quite musty though it was clean.

          Stayed about 2 weeks and glad I chose this hotel. Very spacious rooms , comfortable and clean. However, the rooms are on the 3rd floor & might not work for others. Also, no wifi in the rooms, you have to go outside in the lounge area. Another issue, the shower and toilet have no separation and the whole bathroom can get wet when you shower.

          Our stay was exceptional. The location is very strategic. It's near to the plaza where you can unwind and there is also accessible grocery stores in the location.

          Good location, close to the plaza, Robinson's and nearby restaurants. It's on the 3rd floor, no elevators and others might have a problem. Love the spacious room! There's no separation , shower & toilet, so that's the negative. Overall, I enjoyed it here and would stay here again.

          Room was spacious and clean however there seems to be a little bit of smell upon entering. No available breakfast or meals. Hopefully they’ll be available soon. Overall it was a good and comfortable stay.

          For the money you pay you get toothbrush,soap and shampoo. Reception staff are friendly. Cheap beer and outside has a lot of food stall to choose from.

          If you’re going to Oroquieta, this hotel can be your accommodation consideration. Staffs and the room are great. Though I have issues on the shower but nevertheless, the whole experience was good.

          Friendly staff. Shower heater was working. Hotel was near the boulevard and eateries. No wifi nor cellular data in the room, reception was bad.
