Stayed for one night on our final night in Taiwan. We were given a free upgrade to a deluxe room upon check-in. Room was clean with a large hot spring tub. This hotel is located near to both the Sulphur and Thermal Valley which you could actually get to on foot if you don't mind the steep roads. Alternatively, you could order a Uber pickup which is quite inexpensively. Getting to Taoyuan Airport is also pretty convenient as the hotel provide an hourly shuttle service to the Beitou MRT, which you could then connect the the Airport Express line. This journey will take about 2 hours and require some walking in the subway. We chose to Uber cos we were quite tired and the trip cost us TWD1,334.

Japanse Style Room - very clean and comfortable, highly recommended Great Facilities - Hot spring, Gym and Swimming Pool Shuttle Bus Service Breakfast - Improvement required, the combination of American style and porriage did not suit my taste. Might be good to consierate other options/alternatives for customers.

New hotel with a nice private onsen in the room. The hotel was located in a quiet area in Beitou, around 10-15 min drive from the MRT station. The hotel provide free shuttle from the MRT station and no prior reservation is required. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel even prepared a card and a cake for our anniversary. The card was signed by the staffs in the hotel with greetings!!! Thank you so much!! It's overall a very pleasant stay!!! My only suggestion to the hotel is that they can consider to make some changes to the dinner and breakfast menu in different days, for guests who stay for more than one night (like us!). The variety of food is good and taste is ok.

A Niche Hot Spring Hotel”
This is a 5 star hotel that specialises in providing accommodation with hot spring enjoyment in this famous part of Taiwan. The hotel was built 5yrs ago with a very minimalistic style & is still maintained & managed on a very high standard. We love our Japanese styled room with a very spacious hot spring tub. The location is not that convenient but a shuttle bus runs hourly between the MRT station & the hotel. There is a nice pool with a cafe, public hot spring pools, a restaurant & a gaming area within the hotel. It will surely provide a great pastime for the whole family over a weekend.

A Peaceful Retreat”
Location: The environment is perfect and quiet. It offers free shuttles to train stations where you may find shops and markets. I wish the shuttle is offer more often than scheduled (every hour) Room: The room we were offer was impressive. Everything was pretty clean except for some dust over our headboard and at the entrance of the foyer. The washroom also can be cleaner (the side and bottom of the toilet bowl and the outside of the sink) These are very important for us because we have a little one who will touch those places. Customer Service: Really impressive overall, especially the play area at the basement. Those staff is so caring. One thing we found out was that Taiwan require you to wear a head cap if you wish to swim at their swimming pool. The staff was kind enough to explain that without judging us for not knowing. The only rude ones I have encounter was one girl at the front desk and a chubby guy with glasses at the restaurant. Overall we really enjoyed our time here.

Great for families”
Better for a budget family stay than a romantic couple getaway. The rooms are clean and spacious but almost feel a bit sterile. In room onsen was wonderful but could use a bit of ventilation. I liked the option to fill the bath with regular water in addition to hot spring water. Many hot springs hotels I've been to only offer hot spring water for their in room baths. Small breakfast included, which was yummy but small. I recommend this hotel for families as they have a game room next to the public baths which seem helpful for parents wanting to enjoy the baths.
