Great hotel, great restaurant, and great staff!”

This hotel is very good for first timers in Brunei and also good for a low cost room and very clean. Excellent and very friendly staff and also very cheap public transportation. Only 20-30 min. drive to the airport. Restaurant is very spacious, excellent and cheap food, and excellent staff too. Its also close to the Jerudong Park so if your with a family this is a good hotel for you and also cheap. I give this hotel a 3 star and RECOMMENDED!!!

Very nice hotel”

Over here, I would like to compliment for the night shift male staff who checked in us, and he helped us a lot due to we was touch down at late night around 10pm and have no enough money for us to paid the taxi, he was so kind to borrow us 10 dollar and 20 dollar for us to solve our starving issue. Then he even so kind on assist us for check-in and guide us to the place there is a small restaurant for 24hrs to fill up me and my boyfriend tummy. The disadvantages of this hotel is a bit distance to the town area or the waterfront area. Then the taxi is also expensive. But if you going to the Jeruton park for a relaxing holiday, I would suggest u to stay this hotel.

Great value for money & close to Jerudong Park”

Very close to Jerudong Park (less than 10 mins drive). Friendly and helpful staff. No fridge or kettle provided. Weak WiFi signal. We just stayed for the night (very late check-in and very early check-out) so no major complains. Overall, worth the price we paid for.

Friendly Staff”

The hotel is quite far from down town (city proper) but it's okay as the bus fare would only cost you 1 Brunei Dollar to go anywhere within Bandar Seri Begawan city proper. I just love the staff of this hotel, they're so friendly and accommodating. One suggestion, please give a map for your guests upon arrival/check-in at the hotel specially for foreigners.

Get What I Paid”

First of all please bear in mind that this hotel is not suitable for disabled because no elevator. Other that it, everything is fine with me because being the lowest price in the category Jeruton Hotel gave me what I paid for.

Good stay”

I spent my last day in Brunei in this hotel. The hotel location is far from the airport and the city, and it's beside the highway road so expect the sounds of cars especially at night. There are no other places beside from its nearest attractions--Jerudong Park and Empire Hotel and Resort. The deposit charge cost to high which is amounted to 50BND but its refundable upon check-out. Though, their meals are affordable which range from 3.50BND to 7BND. The airport transfer amounted to 15BND is somewhat good compare if you ride via taxi. Well, what I love here were the staffs who were very friendly and accommodating especially on my needs during my stay. They lent me a plug adapter for free since the outlet in Brunei was not compatible with my charger. They also helped me to look for a car that used on my airport transfer. Lastly, they granted my late check-out request until 1PM.

Great staff, satisfactory hotel”

Had a mix up on the booking, but the reception was apologetic enough that I do believe it's an honest mistake so were willing to let it slide, since I got my room anyway. The hotel is considerably older, but for the price paid it's a pretty good deal.

Location was perfect..but..”

There was no water heater provided. Hot water taken from restaurant. Iron and ironing board have to be paid $5. Ayoo..no laundry bag provided in the room. At the morning, it was noisy because of hotel maintenance. But, the staffs were friendly and quite clean. Location was perfect for us to go to Jerudong Park. Very nearby.

slow internet. hotel is too far from town. they claim it's bander seri bagawan but it's really jerudong a satellite city. it's about 45 minutes buy car. getting there is hard as buses stop running after 630pm and taxi's are almost non-existent in brunei.

not bad for the price”

I made a very last minute reservation and thank god Agoda apps made it easy for me.. The price was cheaper than any other hotel through Agoda and I even get twice discount for the same hotel.. hehe.. other than that, the wifi in my room that I stayed was horrible.. the wifi connection always lost and very slow and the shower need fixing.. other than that everything was ok..

Good as transit hotel”

I arrived late at night from Limbang, Sarawak, Malaysia. Nothing much to explore at this hotel. This is my transit hotel to travel to Miri the next day. This hotel is near to Jerudong Park.

Good location, good food”

Im i and family stayed for one night stay i felt the hotel is worthed.. Cheap hotel although not enough facilities they should give atleast one infront of every floor eg iron and iron board, water dispenser since no fridge available in the room. But we still can buy drink and snack just on the ground floor there a mini shop and dhoby shop to get our cloths to be clean and iron..

Budget”

More of a budget hotel though just a little bit, also accommodations are simple, you have air-conditioning, bathroom, tv n wifi, typical budget style and quite far from the city. Also there's no lift so be ready to crunch those cranky muscle up the stairs up to 3rd floors for your room. Overall the hotel is great for people who needs a quick stay for a night and love quite places far from the city

One of the cheapest hotels”

It was the cheapest hotel I found on the website yet I didn't realize that even though its address is still Brunei,it is a little far from the city proper.It took me more than an hour to travel downtown by bus. But the hotel's interior design and facilities are above average. And the staff were accommodating.

Basic Accommodation for Short Stay”

There is no lift or staff to help carry your bags. So be prepared to do everything yourself. There is no views worth mentioning. But all is acceptable for a cheap and short 1-2 nights stay. Near to Jerudong Park. But nothing else around.

Quite good”

Everything was quite good. However, there was no kettle provided in the room, but we could request for a free hot water from the restaurant downstair. we were told to pay for an extra BND5 when we request for an iron. There was no lift in this hotel. Its location is just a few minutes drive to Jerudong Park

Worth your money”

Simple room suits my budget and serve the purpose - to sleep and rest only No lift but it only 3 levels - not suitable for elderly or handicapped or those with medical issue. Staffs at reception very friendly and welcoming and helpful. Want to try the food at the cafe but last minute change of plan - so cannot comment Overall, happy with the stay.
