I am a returning customer. Was allocated a room at the Hotel Pool Wing this time. While everything was great, the Hotel Pool Wing was a big let down. The booming music from the nearby club was echoing in my room throughout the night, so much so that the furniture was vibrating at times. And the club closes only at 5 am. Thank God I am an easy sleeper. There was only a single lift servicing the entire wing, and the lift was cranky. Overweight watching comes on when these lift was half full. I did not see any stairs near the lift. It took me 20 minutes just to get from my room on the 5th floor to the ground floor on the first morning. What's worse was that half the floor was under renovation and major renovation was going on the other 9th floor, and the workers were sharing the same lift with their equipment and debris.
