Wonderful service and great location
The hotel was in great condition, breakfast was good, rooms were nice and clean, and the poolwas great.
We had a great stay at this hotel in Siem Reap. Everything was conveniently located close by. The hotel does an amazing poolside barbecue buffet on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The pool service and bar are nice additions. Has a near resort feel minus the cost. Only downside was the wifi. It was slow.

Poor staff service
Spa is nice
Poor staff service. Not worth staying there as staff can be rude. Breakfast is just ok, but not much to choose from.

Very comfortable stay
Very helpful staff
the management upgraded me to a suite. the room was very large and very confortable. the breakfast was excellent. the spa had 50% discount and so very affordable. you will need a tuk-tuk to get around due to its location. the wi-fi does not work in the rooms so you will have to surf in the lobby.

Reputedly the best in cambodia.
A quiet haven in the feeding frenzy that is tourist Siem Reap.
there is a golden plaque in this hotel which is awarded as the best in cambodia and this hotel has earned it. the staff pamper you and the rooms both public and private are a delight. the swimming pool is v not great and a touch expensive so eat out and a cheap tuk tuk will take you down to pub st.happy hour quite good.
