Horrible and dirty hotel. The place is run down. According to China website this is a 4 star hotel while this agoda website show it is a 5 star hotel. Wall paper and falling off. Room is very small. location is poor. Not Recommended at all!

Never again.
Very bad experience. Not willing to co operate. Had travelled for many years by now and never had this bad experience. Pictures are far off the real room. All rooms smell and windows can't be opened. Furthermore location is by far the worst. Dont get mislead by the text "heart of tianhe" as the area is underdevelop. No subway closeby. Taxi drivers do not know the hotel and its not easy to reach.

nice hotel
clean rooms, spa and centrally location.
I have stayed in this hotel for 5 times, I disagree with Reviews about bad breackfast and not good spa, everything is ok, don`t forget you in China and asia.

Fast Internet, fast checking and check out, breakfast
Typical 4 star Chinese hotel, well located near park and about 20 min to center. Room clean and rather large. Breakfast buffet great even coffee available. The gym was rather small , but available. Overall a good stay.

The stay could have beong better if there were more facilities for relaxing. There is a Spa but does not belong to hotel.
