Very good!
The location near MTR station, 24 hour store and not far from the ladies market. This hostel also has free speed Wi-Fi, hot water, and television.

Everything is well arranged for late check in. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Plenty of food available in the surrounding ranging from ~HKD 30 and more. Located just across the ladies street market. Check out was easy. All was well.

Value For Money
Close to the MTR. Free wi-fi. Near to shops.
We had a difficult time finding the place at first but only because we took the wrong exit. When taking the MTR, make sure you TAKE THE D2 EXIT in Mong Kok. When you go out to ground level, just cross the street directly. You'll have to cross 2 streets to get the Sincere House. The entrance may seem inconspicuous but it does have a sign. There are 2 entrances to Sincere House - one is across the Broadway shop, next to a money changer; and the other is next to a street food stall. Going to the Ah Shan Hostel desk, you'll have to take the elevator to the 14th floor of Sincere House. You might have to wait a while for the elevator because it moves slow. And it can get a bit cramped when there's many of you. The room was clean, though small. There is a flat screen TV that shows mostly local Chinese channels. There is also A/C but we didn't try it because the temperature was quite cool during the night. I found the mattress quite firm and comfortable. And the blanket was good enough during that time. As for the bathroom, it was also really small. The shower head is on top of toilet so when you take a bath, everything gets wet. But beware, the hot water is not always that consistent. Toiletries are also provided. But the hostel did also have its good points aside from being close to the MTR and bus stations. It's directly across the street from the Ladies' Market. And walking distance to different areas of the Night Market as well as outlet shops for some brands like Nike, Adidas, H&M, Quiksilver, Cotton On, etc. Overall, the place is quite cheap compared to other places in Hong Kong so don't really expect too much from it. If you are just looking for a place to sleep in, take a bath, and store your things then this is a good place to stay.

Good location and affordable
For those who are in a budget and would like to stay on an affordable place with a good location. This hostel is good for you. They have small rooms but it is normal in HK. It is clean and the air-conditioner is cool. Although the amenities are not complete, but hey, this is not a five star hotel. It is good for people who just want a place to sleep and put their baggage in. We felt safe in their place as well. The biggest points is given to their location, it is near the shopping area. And there are lots of food stalls/restaurant outside. Will consider staying here again.

Good Location
Location
The location is good, near MTR. They upgraded the room that we booked, thanks to that. However, when we request for a new bath towel on our 2nd day of stay the receptionist refused to do so and evern change of bedsheets, they will not do as well. She said they will provide only once upon check in. The weather is very cold and the its very difficult to dry up the towel. Hopefully they will look into this issue. Thanks
