Good location
Location is good. Close to MTR and thus easy to get around city. Had to some hickups with service, but stuff bent backwards to make it right. I would stay again.

Before its our favorite hotel in HK But now everything have been change, there is no single chair at a big lobby , so we have to seat on the vacant luggage trolley or the narrow edge of the fixed glass window.We got our room pass 2pm already despite being early coz it was not yet ready.As soon as we check in our room, we notice some wall paper unglue already & the bath tub have hair from the previous guest probably. This is the first time I encounter a $5 fee for each luggage stored for just a couple of the conceirge,
