I am in love with their "lady's room"
Good location & fantastic room
I always enjoy staying Panda Hotel. The room was again upgraded to Lady's Room with modern furniture with cute duck amenities. Every time, I really love staying at Panda Hotel. I will definitely come back!

Stay was ok, but the area is not great, and it was quite crowded. Room was just ok; it felt a little old and well used. Maybe they have better rooms, but we didn't see them.

Unfriendly staff but joyful experience

For a family of 2 young kids, perhaps the distance from MTR to the hotel is overated. More than 15 minutes walk and you need to queue to take the lift, unless you want to use the stairs - big problem for stroller users. The staff were quite unfriendly, where a simple inquiries came with grumpy faces. Just train how to smile will solve many problems. The mini fridge is malfunctioning, forget about complaining, no action was taken. Though the room was quite small,many customer checked in everyday,so i assume it must be affordable. Busy road for taxi drop off, so be prepared to drag your luggage in front on the shopping complex. Nevertheless, good room service, clean every day neatly. Nice and spacious lobby.
