Staff were extremely nice and accommodating
Location , clean, and comfortable
Staff was extremely nice and accommodating in giving us a connecting room. Recently renovated, and found location very convenient to everything. Only suggestion is to have a soap dish in the bathroom

Good location!
Loved the location. It is absolutely weather-proof because there is no need to walk out of Jordan mtr to get back to hotel. Hotel walls not exactly sound proof though, so if you have a guest next door with irritating alarm, you'll hear it too. The housekeeping staff is prompt and always asking if you need anything along the corridor. The downside is the lifts. The hotel is pretty old so are their lifts and they are a little slow.

Great Place
The domestic cat[1][2] (Latin: Felis catus) or the feral cat[2][4] (Latin: Felis silvestris catus) is a small, typically furry, carnivorous mammal. They are often called house cats when kept as indoor pets or simply cats when there is no need to distinguish them from other felids and felines.[6] Cats are often valued by humans for companionship and for their ability to hunt vermin. There are more than 70 cat breeds; different associations proclaim different numbers according to their standards. Cats are similar in anatomy to the other felids, with a strong, flexible body, quick reflexes, sharp retractable claws, and teeth adapted to killing small prey. Cat senses fit a crepuscular and predatory ecological niche. Cats can hear sounds too faint or too high in frequency for human ears, such as those made by mice and other small animals. They can see in near darkness. Like most other mammals, cats have poorer color vision and a better sense of smell than humans. Cats, despite being solitary hunters, are a social species and cat communication includes the use of a variety of vocalizations (mewing, purring, trilling, hissing, growling, and grunting), as well as cat pheromones and types of cat-specific body language.[7]

no frills hotel with very decent sized room
We booked 3mths out and got a decent price. Room size is huge by hk standards, normal sized by international standards. Room conditions are good. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Room carpet and upholstery slightly aged though. TV channels limited. TV size is small. Staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Currently some floors are undergoing refurbishment so expect drilling noises from 9am to 6pm...

A hotel where they really want you to feel at home
We had some business in HK and we have opted for this hotel, what turned out to be an excellent choice. The location of the hotel is very good - above a subway station- the room was very comfortable and clean. The room had all the necessities that make your stay comfortable, and was supplied with things that other hotels make you pay for, e.g. European style connector plug, newspaper etc. The staff was more than kind, very helpful and considerate. It was a mere pleasure to go down to breakfast each morning, it was a real treat!. Everyone could find what he or she was longing for; fresh juices, different congees, Japanese noodles, local Dim Sum, English muffins or American pancakes together with different cheeses, sausages and others, you name it. It gave our days an excellent start and the caring of the staff made our whole stay very enjoyable. We’ll definitely come back!
