Overall the services from the front desk is lousy, unfriendly & not helpful. They only smile & laugh among their colleagues, too guest, they shown unfriendly gesture & rude. The chamber maids are polite, friendly & helpful. They greet & asked our needs daily. The hotel management should sent their front desk staff to learn the basic manners from their Miss Chamber Maids.

very good hotel, however
the hotel is clean and nice, the pool is great however, the lobby is small, the room are small, the entrance makes you go 2 floors by nerrow escaletor, ,the soap and shampoo are in bottles that hard to get the stuff from' overall is very good hotel
