cigarette smell everywhere
Strong smoking smell all over the room. Staff could only offer to spray air fresher due to every room is the same. Location is in between of nowhere.

Dirty and poor service
Surely value for money but the room was way too dirty. Hotel staff members were mostly rude and have no idea of service. Wouldn't recommend except for low price.

The children playroom is very tiny and bad, The customer service is extremely bad, they just didn't want to move their bodies at all. Only a staff in reception called Mike provided a very helpful and polite service. The renovation is very mainland China style. I thought I was in Mainland China with this lousy service.
