Very disappointing
Proximity to airport is the only good feature.
When we arrived from a 10-hour flight we were told our room wasn't ready. It would be ready in an hour. An hour later we were told it still wasn't ready and we would have to wait another two hours. Staff showed no willingness to fix the problem.
