Great Buffet restaurant
Great restaurants in and near-by, very close to MRT, close to the Kowloon Park
The hotel was a surprise because it was a bit off from the crowd, situated on a hill, but the room was very nice and clean, and the restaurants next to the hotel are very good and serve interesting and delicious food.

A very good value for staying in Tsim Sha Tsui
Very good restaurant in and nearby, conveniently located, nice room
The hotel has been newly renovated and the room is quite clean and cozy. There are many great restaurants adjacent to the hotel, and within a few minutes of walk there are many great shopping places, as well as the Kowloon Park and the MRT stations.

Hassle free
Location, Shopping and Food
Pretty small like any hotels in these areas due to the expensive properties prices. Good location with plenty of restaurants and shopping in these areas. Easy to get transport whether taxis, buses or trains. Prices for hotel varies due to demand, it can double if there are any expo or major activities in the area.

good location for tsim sha chui.
staffs, silent room, bed
the hotel is located on the hill, but there is a short way to get there if you go through their parking lot. the staffs,, some are good, some are bad. night working staffs are very friendly. we were there at 4am, as our flight was very late at night, but the staff welcomed us. the room is silent if you get high floor. wi-fi works fine. The location is good, in the middle of tsim sha chui, but in a silent place. It is nice to stay here if you have a plan to go to mainland china with train, as there is a train station about 15 minutes walk from the hotel, which leads you diredctly to china.

Very nice hotel, not so nice location
The hotel's strong points are 1) cleanliness, 2) cozy and homey room, and 3) view.
However, it is a bit far from the main attractions in TST and walking to the hotel, which is literally uphill, is quite a challenge especially if you have bags. I recommend this place if you want peace and silence. But if you want easy access to attractions and bus/train stations, book somewhere else.

A bit overrated
clean, comfortable
Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. However, it is quite expensive for what it offers. Moreover, the location is on a hill. Too steep for some travelers. Staff are not very courteous.

Comfortable but not 4 star
Comfortable bed, great pillows and good shower
Pleassant stay as upgraded to premium room. Difficult to load/unload luggage from car boot due to steep hill and lack of assistance from hotel staff.
