Not bad
The staff at the reception is very helpful and nice.The location is easy to find which is close to the Wan chai station. However the bed and the facilities inside the room can be improved.

Good hotel
This is always a good and convenient hotel for business. Nice location. Just a bit noisy at night time due to some " professional " guests receiving their customers at any time around the clock

Nice hotel
The room was clean and a reasonable size. Staff were not very friendly. The location is not great if you've got kids as its right in the middle of the red light district.

Hotel with no smile + no service
collecting my laungage from concierge was disappointing as the staff did not move the bag to me while asking me to pull out from a bundle of other laungage. Staff was not polite when I had ask them for a morning call schedule, they simply ask what time I prefer and hang the call. Saw one customer complaining to the staff on their mistake for the minibar bill, and the staff responded loud and rude, was not present at all. Well, finally the area was serounded by bars, and a lot of "working ladies" try to make a living there, this location is definitely not suitable for family with kids.
