Every thing was excellent but food coupons given for casino players. the food was horrible as the food was cold and was opened and kept near pool side til 12. .30 and had to go to doc because of food poisoning

Not good for tourist”
I usually do not provide reviews, but feel like it is necessary in this instance. Firstly, the location is really inconvenient for tourists. There is nothing near the resort (except the casino of course). The resort exploits this by charging double for transport from the hotel to the nearest beach (or anywhere else). There was no hot water in the morning and I did not have cable for 2 nights. The powerpoints had to be manipulated in order to plug anything in. The buffets were overpriced and the food is average at best. On the positives, the place is clean and staff are friendly. That's where it starts and ends for me.

Good room.lots of maintenance issues.I had a suite so I thought I would get promt service at least as far as maintenance was concerned.in my 4 day stay they could not fix the hot water problem.it is really sad for a 4 star property to do that to a guest staying in a suite.staff was friendly. Food was good.specially the break fast.

Windows and balcony of Suite room are locked. No fresh air ventilation. You need to depend only on air-condition and fan. We were feeling Very much suffocating inside room.

Good Hotel within city centre”
Good Hotel with good services, Total value for the money at the rates rooms were offered, Good Breakfast. Very services offered were good and a very good casino within Hotel. Staff was less, may be due to offseason. But cannot rate it as a 5 star hotel.

Vainguinim Valley Resort Hotel (VVRH)”
After ten days living out of a suitcase, we were all looking forward to unpacking. Sadly the storage was lacking. The Pan-Asia restaurant was very expensive and the Head waiter put pressure on us to order more than we could consume. Pool very small and being in permanent shade, was always cold. Hotel was quite noisy in the early hours especially at weekends, when the Casino closed. It is certainly not a "Resort" by European standards, having no facilities other than spa, casino and tiny pool. It was not on the beach, and access thereto was difficult. I do not consider it to be of 5 star standard
