Hotel is too expoensive. the condition is too bad
no any advance.
no wifi, no tooth brush, thin sheet. not comfortable, dirty, when you are here you will cry.

Checking in took a while as they were more interested in their phone call. Unhelpful when we needed a taxi would only offer their hotel car at a high rate. Hotel room was small but clean but a slight stale smell. Breakfast was eat on your lap in a very small room...not recommended

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
distance from eating locations, shopping, markets, is very near, just a walk away!!!
very cooperative staff. room is spacious. reasonable price knowing this is Mumbai, location, good, surrounding is dirty, knowing this is Mumbai, inside room is clean

the guys in the front desk are really unpolite, telephone not working, not hot water, breakfast place was a tiny room without tables, tooo much money for what it is. Very noise, just in front of the train station....

Too far from downtown Mumbai, poor facility
This hotel is in West Barndra zone, 16km from downtown. Near local rail station - which you will have to struggle to learn how to get to a location, and also struggle to get through a flush of guys to alight at any station (this is the same in Delhi metro). 6Rs ticket to get to Churchgate station to walk 2km to India gateway. Checked in to a disgusted smell room and the air con was running like an airplane. The towel was like a hundred years old and reception as well as room service is terrible with very less English skills. No additional helpful information for tourist. The restaurant is in the hood of the staircase and has no table. Have to use another chair as table for breakfast. And hotel allowed guest to have breakfast right at the reception area.
