I had several problems all reported at the time, damp rooms; broken TV; laundry not picked up; no cutlery at breakfast etc

A 5 star hotel with 5 star hospitality
Price,Services with smile and Food
We were staying in a luxury room of this hotel and breakfast was included in it ! Regarding room,it was big and having all necessary room ameneties like aircon,hot and cold shower,plazma tv etc and all were in good working condition ! Breakfast was also good and enjoyable ! Plenty of veg-nog veg varieties and if one having little bit late around 10 am then he/she will not required to have lunch in the afternoon ! Since it is 5 star hotel in the capital of India,nothing to worry about and have no complain !

Friendly staff, thanks to the doormen for assisting us and for the clean room and good breakfast, and also the receptionist. Location is in the centre within walking distance for shopping.

Pleasant hotel good variety of food and amenities.
Capet on 10th floor sadly was quite dirty spoiled effect on arrival this is supposedly 5 star hotel . Prior to arrive we sent 4 emails enquiring about possible tours from thehotel these were ignored!!
