Clean, large bed, friendly staffs
Free wifi good connectivity during daytime but poor during night. Room is clean and spacious enough. Helpful frontdesk and house keeping staffs. Hotel provide free shuttle service to nagoya hill mall 3 times per day. Charged Taxi service provided by hotel. Hotel not near to any restaurant by walking distance. Overall satisfying.

Comfy room, accessible locations and approachable staffs
It was the second stay this year for CNY. Everything was as fabulous except for the breakfast. The quality and varieties of the food has greatly deteriorated from our experiences last year. The coffee and tea was really diluted and making my parents so upset about it and they just couldn't stop whining and ranting about the coffee and limited varieties of food as compared to last year, throughout the entire 4D3N stay. And so, I definitely agreed with my parents that's why I didn't rebut when they whine and rant for days. I sincerely hope you guys can improvise and maintain last year standard for the breakfast at least, to prevent the negative and unwanted impression from being crafted.
